Whenever I needed changes to my policy they would rarely return calls. I called the main office to cancel my insurance after I switched to Geico. They failed to do that and then this office called letting me know my policy was about to cancel due to lack of payment. I then asked them to cancel my policy for the day prior to when I switched over to Geico they failed to let me know that would cause a gap in insurance.
