Brought my PC in for a physical cleaning on the 6th of June 2023 and Lee the owner promised it would look absolutely new and clean when I got it back the next day there was still visible dust on the front ,rear and top fans it’s as if he just blew it off with canned air I had to clean the rest of the remaining dust off my self and was out $60 but this wasn’t even the worst part! When I plugged my system back in and booted it up idle cpu temps were wayy higher than usual around 70 Celsius for whatever reason and when I actually got in game or rendered videos the temps would be even worse around 90 degrees witch is NOT safe at all for cpu temperature!!! When I asked if I could bring it in for diagnose to see what the problem was he didn’t even want to help me fix it or even FIND a solution to the problem very very disappointing and unprofessional to say the least I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here to build there PC unless your literally watching him work on it he was also very greedy and selfish with the information he has about computers yes he may know a lot but whats the point in knowing all that if u don’t wanna share the knowledge with other people very stubborn and rude of him go somewhere else with your builds you’ll thank me later!!!!

I recently my first custom PC ever from Lee at Hyper Computer and Battle Games, and I'll be a customer for life. Lee was very friendly, and especially honest and helpful when it came to selecting the correct parts, and ensuring I was selecting the correct components along the way. They offer great/fair warranties on anything they build/sale, and are always willing to help regardless of what your issue is. Plus, you're supporting local. The store gives good deals, and good advise to you about any software you are getting or having trouble with. The owner is also pretty cool in that he cleaned out my phone for free. This place deserves 5 stars for it's great costumer service alone.

I purchased a gaming PC a few months back and it was performing very well. Later on however, I came across some issues where my PC was freezing on startup and after running for a few hours.The Owner updated my bios and also helped me identify the program that may have been causing the freezes. My PC is back to running smoothly with no issues. Very satisfied with the customer service here.

Took my gaming PC in here about a year ago, fixed the issue within a day! Price was significantly lower than I expected. Have had 0 issues with my PC since taking my computer here. Owner is very polite & tells you exactly what is wrong, gives you the option to have it fixed there or go somewhere else. Of course I chose here!Then, I just recently brought my Work Laptop in after not being stuck on a color changing screen on boot up. They offer a free diagnostic, computer ended up being fine, did a check on everything got it booted back up and recommended software. Came out without paying a penny. This type of customer service is uncommon in this area of work. I would recommend this shop to anybody who is looking to upgrade part, build a Pc or is having any issues with their current setup!

Brought in a PC that wouldn't post. Lee diagnosed the problem and quoted me a great price to get it replaced. I had my computer back less than 48 Hours after i took it in. Fantastic shop they are running here. Future service and upgrades will be done here.
