I bought a dishwasher and delivery service to my home. The first dishwasher they brought was DOA. The delivery service took my old dishwasher and the new one away. The delivery service failed to shut off the water completely and ruined my hardwood floors. I have tried filing a claim but it has been over six months and still no decision. Home Depot needs to step up and resolve this issue. I have made many calls and I’ve gotten zero results. I would never buy another appliance from Home Depot.

Shop at the Shawnee store often. It is my local store. However, I am sad to see how they treat our community and environment. There is trash everywhere. And if you look over the retaining wall on the east side of the store, you will see a field full of trash from this store. Part of being a member of this community is to take care of what we have. Trashing up the area is not a way to operate a business.

I am extremely appalled with my experience tonight at the local Home Depot in Shawnee. My boyfriend and I were at Home Depot this evening and as we were checking out, we witnessed two separate situations where people were not wearing masks, yet they were clearly coughing and making other guests feel uncomfortable. The employees here are rude for the most part. They aren't very helpful at all. The last gentleman who helped us was named Alex & he seemed like the only one who knew what he was doing. The ladies who initially "assisted" us were older & seemed like they didn't know what was going on. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. We definitely won't be returning.

Went to Home Depot for supplies for my deck staining project and to get expert advice. Scott in paint did a TREMENDOUS job. He sold me everything I needed - stain, cleaner, rollers, tarps, etc. and told me exactly how to do it. Scott provided expert, professional advice to ensure the project comes out well. Also got rebates on the stain and my military discount. Great job Scott!

I am so frustrated with my latest purchase experience. I ordered a sliding screen patio door back in January and have had two appointments so far and each time the incorrect door option was ordered. Now I have to wait til May for the correct door to be ordered, meanwhile I'm already making payments on this. I have taken 2 days off work, and now have to take a third because of order errors issued by the home depot employee's. I'm so done with this, and have asked for compensation....if I don't get it I will cancel the whole order. The associate didn't seem to empathetic to my situation and was actually laughing at how many times they have made an error on my order! Disappointed!

I have been a customer at hundreds of different Home Depot's all over the country for over twenty years. I work in the construction industry, so me and Home Depot meet regularly each and every week. I arrived at your Shawnee Kansas location (15501 W 67th St), in need of help with a personal home issue. I had just purchased a new washer and dryer. When I went to hook my connection up, my water valve connected to my home broke in my hand. I immediately jumped in my truck after shutting the main water line down. When I arrived at Home Depot, I started to pace up and down the plumbing aisle, not really knowing what I was looking for. Just when I was thinking I needed some expertise, Bill arrived. I explained my story and showed Bill pictures. Without hesitation, Bill grabbed a few items off the shelve and explained to me what to do to fix my issue. I was amazed at the customer service I received from him. He truly cared about helping me. After grabbing some concrete screws, I headed to pay with the cashier. As I was reaching for my wallet, Bill arrived again to inform he would be at the store until 10:00pm. He told me "feel free to call me if you have any concerns or questions". I tried to call Bill when I had completed the task just as he had explained to do it, but the store was closed. I am extremely thankful I came across Bill the plumbers path tonight. He was the most helpful individual I have ever encountered at a Home Depot and I have met a ton of Home Depot employees. It is clear Bill truly enjoys what he is doing. Thank you sir. I couldn't have done it without you.

Home Depot is terrible at customer service on major purchases requiring installation! DO NOT EVER buy window blinds from Home Depot! We were assured that our blinds would be installed within 3 weeks, in time for Christmas. They sent the wrong blinds, twice! Then, the installer they sent said that he only hangs the blinds; he doesn't know how to install the automatic motor or program. The store changed managers in the middle of this debacle. After going round and round, it was May (yes 6 months later) that the installer finally got them up and programmed, with my husbands help. NOW, we just had carpet installed after we decided we wanted a berber-like carpet in the great room. The sales woman told us we HAD to buy pad also because ours would be worn out. My husband told her the pad we had would not be worn but she said it would. When the installers ripped up the carpet, the pad wasn't worn at all. Home Depot wouldn't install new carpet over the existing pad. THIS IS HOW THEY UP SELL and get more money from you. When I called to complain, the manager Doug explained to me that the warranty wouldn't be good if they didn't put in a new pad. I offered to sign away rights to their liability if I could use my old pad. He said they couldn't. The next day, the a*** mgr Grant called me. I told him there was no point in talking since Doug told me they couldn't do anything and even though I understood, I didn't like it. Then Grant proceeded to tell me TWICE about the warranty. When I said I understood but didnt agree with it, he repeated all the warranty info again and said that Nebraska Furniture Mart wouldn't install over an existing carpet either. When I asked him to please quit treating me like an idiot, he hung up on me. By calling, he was just wanting to set me up to assert that they are right and I am wrong. I will take my WRONG thousands of dollars purchase elsewhere next time!

They really do a great job here, especially the paint department. Home Depot was extremely helpful and friendly, giving me the opportunity to find the perfect paint for our new home. We also rented a truck and the customer service guy was efficient, knowledgeable, and also was very nice to remind me to top it off so I would not get charged a large amount per gallon. This is truly one of the best H.D I have been in. Happy Shopping!

It Home Depot, they have almost everything you need and could want. Staff helpful. Walk the entire store to help find the parts we needed for a project rather than just telling what Aisle it's on.
