WARNING: TRACI!! Do not let this person near your hair. My mom came to town for a visit and stopped in for a quick haircut, and got butchered. First of all, the lady (her card says her name is Traci) sat mom down and told mom what she was envisioning, and even started to grab her tools. At this point mom stopped her and explained what it was she was there for. Mom basically wanted the Elderly Lady Karen Cut (lol) and this Traci has apparently never heard of the most famous haircut ever, even though she claimed to be an experienced teacher of many years. Traci then proceeded to destroy mom’s hair, including giving her BANGS when mom specifically asked for the hair to be the longest at the front. It was not done in the shape she asked for, it was uneven and jagged along the side, and the back was a total mess. You could see distinct lines like stair steps going up the back.
While mom was there, she also witnessed the receptionist telling people calling in that they were fully booked and too busy that day, despite there being no other customers during her cut, and they were accepting walk-ins like my mom.
Additionally, the family who were being finished up by Traci when my mom arrived, also looked terrible. Mom was confused why the little girl wasn’t getting a cut, as her hair looked terrible, but figured maybe only the dad and son were getting buzzed. On reflection she’s now pretty sure that the daughter HAD just been treated to Traci’s services.
This lady (Traci according to business card) was an older white lady, who claimed to be a friend of the owner and a beautician educator, and also spoke at length about her amazing skills at hair cutting. BEWARE!

Been coming to this location for a couple of years. Been out of town and back to visit a reliable service provider. Not one single face is familiar. The guy that cut my hair has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Then argued with me when I told him not enough taken off the back. My husband is doing his best to even up the front. Seniors do not have money to waste. Get someone in there that knows what they are doing or close up shop.
