I have been a customer of this company for over ten years and I'm always impressed! Jon Vance is a great person, goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I have referred my mom, my cousin, my aunt, and my best friend to this company and they all have great systems in their house and also love this company!

Used the original company that was sold 2 or more years ago to purchase a system. For two years after the sale the maintenance on the system was good. This year two appointments were missed. On the December appointment I was told they couldn’t get to one and the other appointment didn’t answer the door. We and two barky dogs were at home for both appointments. Today I was told a truck didn’t come as expected. There was not any notification that meeting either appointment could or would be delayed. There was no apology for missing either. Wanted to know about rescheduling. Asked for the name of a competitor. Obviously that didn’t help. Poor customer service at this time.

Was a customer with this company for many years. First bought a system when they were Fresh Squeezed Water. Always got great service from them before. This year however, I scheduled my annual service, as the day approached (Late February), I received a call that they didn't have the filters and would call when they were in. I waited a month and called to find out the status, the receptionist said she would ask Jon and call back. A month later, after not hearing anything, I called and got the same treatment. If this is how they treat a long-term customer, I will take my money and find another company to either service my water system, or replace it.
