I'm a truck driver over the road, I took my wife here to try to get her nails done. Walked in, they don't look busy at all. Ive been to a nail spa that is fully booked and people are waiting. But as soon as we come through the door. they rushed to tell us they're booked and couldn't accept any appointments. We didn't get the chance to say anything, as I've said. They're not busy, Do Not come here to do business with them if you're a walk-in. Understaff, Unprofessional.

On Mother's day, my daughter, granddaughter, and I went to get pedis. The person who did my pedi "snipped" my skin and did not tell me. I felt a little pain and she quickly poured something on my toes. I think it stopped the bleeding. I didn't really know what happened until that evening when I went to put shoes on to walk my dog. It is so sore!

IF YOU ARE AN AFRICAN AMERICAN DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. After I searched on Google for a Nail Salon near me, this was the first one to show up. It was in the vicinity I was in, I started to stop in. On the door it said WALK INS WELCOME, I walked in 2 nail techs sitting on the couch not working, in my mind I am thinking good no wait I can get in & out. One of the nail techs a man jumped off the couch asked may he help me I asked for a pedicure. He stated he has an appointment at 3:30 pm and he was sorry, it was 3:20pm. He didn’t ask me did I want to make an appointment, would I like to come back? None of that, I was shocked more than anything because the Vietnamese don’t turn down no money. I was the wrong color & they didn’t want my money. I WOULD NOT recommend this nail salon to African Americans.

I was able to get right in at my appointment time with no wait. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish in less than 40 mins and it looks fantastic. I will definitely be back!Services: Gel manicures

I have been going here for many many years and never been treated like I was today. The man that has been there a long time said he would do my French manicure. As he was trying and failing, he kept getting up saying he couldn’t do it then would return and try again and storm off again. He then came back and said to put my hand under the light and I said no they don’t look right and if I put under the light, it’s permanent. He yelled at me and said put it under the light! I said, why are you yelling at me?? Omg I’ve never been yelled at by someone in a nail salon!No one said a word to this man who is acting like a child and YELLING at a client.Linn finally came over and asked what did I want done like it it was something out of the ordinary. They were the same French nails I’ve had done over and over. I told her I couldn’t deal with a nail technician yelling at me. She said ok and I left. I’ve never been treated with such disregard. So much for starting my day off on a positive note!!Service: Gel manicures

I love this place. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job. My bridal party and I went there this morning for 5 pedicures and 2 manicures and we were done in 60-90 minutes but our nails look amazing and not rushed!
