Particularly my very bad experience today with this company I consider a company would be responsible, today an employee refused to deliver a purchase to my home, the same address provided that appears on the shipping sticker, he wanted to leave the items where It seemed better, however, he dared to cancel my purchase order, all this caused me many setbacks and even a day of work waiting for delivery, this employee exceeded his duties and should be punished, how badly this guy is leaving FedEx of actions. If this is not corrected tomorrow, an employee of this company will leave any shipment or package in the middle of a street or wherever they see fit, just for the simple fact of their opinion or decision. Hopefully this is an isolated event and it doesn't happen again.
