Express has really up’d their game!! Such an amazing selection from casual wear to formal and all very in style and trending. The store was just remodeled and is beautiful! They have amazing sales as well! It’s sad they are closing so many around the U.S. but thankfully, the Express at Oak Park Mall is staying!!!! The only one!

For 10 years or better my wife and I have had an express card. I frequent this particular location for work attire. I do not take things back often, but most recently I attempted to return something that I purchased that didn't quite fit. I was surprised to find out that the return policy in place currently will not allow me a refund to my card or an exchange. I was 2 days over the 30 day limit. I'm for sure not happy about this as it's definitely not a customer friendly policy. My wife has insisted that I close my account. I decided to express my confirm first, instead. I would be willing to exchange for the same item, correctly sized. I just don't want to be out of my hard earned money. I've spent alot of money over the years. Might be worth taking a look into for long term customers. Would be greatly appreciated.

Went to purchase a pair of pants for my wife's birthday. They were not in stock so it was suggested we just order online. We shared our hesitation, what if they don't fit. We were assured that online returns are simple. Just get the another size if they don't fit. Pants arrived and they are not the right size. Of course now the pants are not on sale, and our 1 time use birthday coupon is also no longer good since it was used on our pants that don't fit. So the easy online shopping has been anything but easy. And it seems Express would rather have us not be a customer than honor the price for the pants they didn't have for us to try on.

I haven’t shopped at express in several years, but went with my partner yesterday to look for something for an event. The men’s section seemed to have more variety and stock in store than the women’s, but it was a weekend, and it may have been picked over. They have some nice colors and prints currently, but I wish more stores would carry petite/short sizing in store.

Shannon Is the absolute worst representative I've met there. She didn't greet me at all! She gave me dirty looks! I got no help at all! The guy there today was nice! When I went to the register, nasty attitude Shannon, still didn't say hi or anything! She just said what we're you doing? Needless to say I bought nothing! I love express too! I tell everyone about express! All of the employees have been great except Shannon and Leanna! I might not come back! I live all the way in Topeka and drove there because I do like them! Especially Michelle the manager! She's the best! I'm highly upset after today's visit because I wanted the clothes I picked out. I just could not deal with Snotty Shannon!!

Not much variety, one style for one type of person I guess. Responsive staff for digital inquiries and use friendly website. When I went to the in person store not a single person said a word to me though, and it wasn't crowded.

Courteous staff, crisp and clean environment. A tad pricey but they always have sales going on. It's one of the few places I can find clothes that fit me (XS).
