Missing stock for months, either on palette in back. Or they aren't shooting ins/outs correctly! Some things not filled in like deodorants or cat litters since xmas?

This place is a joke. Self check outs are card only. If you want to pay cash then you have to walk around the store to find someone tonight that took over ten mins. Then the lady wanted to just stand there and talk to the people in front of us. After waiting 25 mins I put my stuff down on the already made piles of junk sitting on the self check outs and left.

Self check out only is ridiculous. I walked in, saw that nightmare, then turned around and walked out. I'll take my business somewhere that values me as a customer. I will not provide free labor.

Usually, I have a pretty good experience at a Dollar General but this location was a bit frustrating! I waited at the register for just a bit over 5 minutes before anyone came to help. The cashier didn't know how to load a Cash App card and blamed the system. She was friendly, so I at least have 2 stars. Hope you found this review helpful! ??

When I stopped today I found self check out was the only way as there was no employees anywhere. And of course my items did not ring up with sale price. I walked the entire store after pushing the call help and waiting a couple minutes. I was never able to locate an employee so I left my items and left the store empty handed. Very frustrating!

I haven't been in this location for quite a while and I do see where they have made some changes which are very good. What I didn't like that I saw tonight was that there was someone that speaks Spanish and Spanish only, that went to the only register available for someone to check her out. The lady with the long gray hair, whoever she is couldn't catch her name, all she did was point over to the register for her to go and check out her items. I understand that maybe your establishment is trying to cut back on people to save money but at some point the customer service still needs to be efficient. Now for me, I was also going to go to the line for someone else to check me out but no one was there when I got up to the register. So I went ahead and checked myself out but I've already worked today and I just got off of work so I feel there should be a choice either I check myself out or the two persons that were supposed to be working that were outside smoking when I walked up, should have been able to check me out at my request. In the end I had to assist this nice lady on how to use the machine because she had no clue. And that is unfortunate. I don't work there so I shouldn't have to check out my own items and then help someone else because your workers refuse to assist. It's disgusting.

Redid the store to look alot nicer, but now has Self-checkouts and no one inside to help anyone, both employees were outside smoking. Update 11/20 There again no one watching self check registers. One had over $50.00 rung up on it nothing there and no one paid yet. So guessing they just walked out.

The older female manager is prejudice towards African American customers. Does not give store policies when asked and has a horrible attitude towards customers. This is not the correct way to run a business.

I went to the location on 6638 Nieman in Shawnee. Loved it. OMG. It is nothing like the stores out South. It has a "Home" section and I fell in love with it. The store is so well organized. The employee was nice. They even have a 3 for $10 mix and match section like Bath and Body. WOW. I'm Impressed!!!
