Disappointing experience so far at decorative concrete supply. I tried last fall to get some information on products and color colors for repair to my pool deck. Everyone told me that gene was the man I needed to speak with. I’m sure he’s knowledgeable, but in the end I wasn’t ever able to get an answer because he was so busy. I gave up on the project and decided to revisit this spring. A few weeks ago I went in person to the store and stood in line for 45 minutes without anyone so much as making eye contact with me. Once I got to the front, I asked my question and the gentleman there assured me that Jean was the person to speak with but unfortunately he wasn’t at work that day. No one else seem to have the information. This morning I called and got Gene on the phone. He said he sure you could help but wanted to see pictures of the pool deck. I sent him the same pictures I sent last fall. He told me he would take a look and follow up later that morning. Late morning rolled around and I heard nothing, so I called and he was at lunch. I provided My name and phone number and the phone attendant told me Gene would be back in 10 minutes to make sure he would give me a call. Fast forward to 10 minutes ago. I call in and Gene is gone for the day and will be back tomorrow

Rented stamps to do a patio. When I received them, they were covered in black powder release. After I was done using them, I washed them and was still charged $160 because they weren’t clean enough for them. Even though they were cleaner than we I got them. They do this to make more money, watch out they are crooks!!!

Make sure to take pictures of the stamps you rent when you receive them and again when they are returned. Apparently they must be cleaner than when you received them. Have fun with that 160 dollar cleaning fee.
