Great, old school vet. Knowledgeable and I trust him. Brought our cats in with a problem and he treated the problem. Was not interested in up-selling unneeded tests/meds. Was able to get in, same-day. He only accepts cash or check.

Dr. Cooper was very attentive to my kitten’s needs, and exhibited kindness and understanding of the situation.
First thing the next day, he called to see how Macho was doing, and closed by saying, “Call me anytime if you have questions or concerns!”
He exhibited, to me, what a knowledgeable and compassionate Veterinarian he is!

People of colour, stay FAR AWAY. I walked into my appointment and waited 20mins without a single greeting or acknowledgment. As I waited, Dr. Cooper took a phone call and I overheard his conversation where he proceeded to speak about black men and how you have to shoot them. Additionally, he said and I quote “Many white people say, and I agree, that I wasn’t prejudice until they made me prejudice”. In 20min, I heard a lot but that’s all I’ll share here. In addition to that atrocious racism, he handled my dog aggressively. He picked up my 3 month old by the scruff of her neck and the scruff of her back talking about “you have to show authority or they won’t behave. Now pick her up the way I showed you”. He’s incredibly old-fashioned and probably should have retired a decade ago. In fact, he shouldn’t be in this profession at all where he’d have to serve the very people he has preconceptions about. I’ll never return.

I've never had such a horrible experience when he put my dog down . No first shot to put him to sleep. Just one shot and he died in my arms. I still can't get passed it.

He the vet you go to for straight-talk. No fluff and junk fees. He will take care of you and runs his office like a small town clinic where he knows people when they call. Always nice to feel valued

Straightforward and reasonably priced. Very experienced. He doesn’t take credit cards but he let me take my cats home and return with a checkbook later that day.

Dr. Cooper is efficient and caring. He has a natural and fluid understanding of animal care and provides a down-to-Earth service that's difficult to find anywhere else. He's taken care of our family pets for 6-years and will do so for the foreseeable future.
