I would just like to say my experience this morning March 10th 2023 was great with the teller at the bank. I needed help with a few things and she was more than happy to assist. I am a black ? woman and this bank is close to me. I will continue to keep coming if the experience stays the same. I felt you needed an updated review from a poor score to a much better score. Thank you for treating me right.

Ive been a member for many years at this bank. All the employees here are very kind and Courteous. Dealing with the public now days has to be hard on anyone in that feild.

I really do not like the new ATM machines and how there are no longer tellers. When you make a large deposit it takes forever and I am unable to get out of my car.

I have to agree with the other reviews. This place discriminates against people and show how racist they are. Staff members are rude and have bad attitude and lie. Need new staff and management.

I opened a Community America account because a friend told me they had the best customer service and would order large quantities of coins for him all the time (he does not have a business account). Well not this branch, they're just lazy and will lie to get out of doing their job. They straight up lied and told me no Community America branch can order coins!

I like community America as a bank but not the staff that work in this location! Rude, unprofessional, racist staff members. I waited for someone to assist me to exchange bills to quarters (which I been doing this on other locations with no problems at all!) but with this location I receive really bad customer service, especially racist attitudes. Staff members need more training on treating the customers right! And treat everyone fair doesn’t matter the color of their skin. I’m fed up with the people working there. Seems like I will closed my account here and choose a better banking experience somewhere else!

I have had the WORST experience with this bank. I recently got a car loan through them near the end of last year. I purchased a new vehicle. I knew that insurance would be needed soon but was told by a rep there was a 30 day grace period. I had some personal tragedies come up and can only find insurance starting early January with the vehicle and updated lienholder. This has raised my car note over $200 each month for a period of 12 months! That's over $2500 for a "lapse" of less than 2 or so months! This is ridiculous and they are beyond understanding! Nothing has happened to my vehicle in all this time and I keep it very safe and in top notch condition. I have reviewed the contract and see nothing about such a ludicrous jump in rates for this! I want this to be lowered as I know it is in their power! A few of a couple hundred dollars once is ok. But $2500 for this "lapse" less than two months is obviously greedy and money hungry! I will be telling EVERYONE I know about this scam of a financial institution!

I love community America and have always had great service today was the first time I didn’t. I went to this location I had change and bills I needed exchanged. The gentleman who helped me was extremely stand-offish towards me and at one point asked if I was almost done to hurry me up I think he may have been the manager as he was giving orders to the other employees. I apologized to him and he just looked at me or looked away. I told him have a good day to be polite and he just looked at me and then looked away. I was just not happy about the lack of politeness and rude demeanor. I won’t be returning to this location. And if he had continued to be stand-offish or rude I would have asked to just close my accounts. I recommend you avoid this location.

Thank you Jamal and team for making what's been a crazy morning, seem seamless. Last night my vehicle was broken into and my wallet was stolen. A quick call to your CS line at 12am and my card was quickly cancelled. After a long morning of trying to replace everything and numerous calls to companies, it was so wonderful to walk into my branch and have Jamal, The Branch Manager, Greet me and make sure that I was taken care of. I was in and out, with my new debit card, in under 10 minutes!

When I set up my account, I worked with Jessie. He was so easy to work with and made the process I was dreading so effortless! He was super accommodating and even made the process a little bit fun by having such a good sense of humor! Highly recommend this credit union especially if you're lucky enough to work with Jessie!
