I came in to open an additional account. I was assisted by Damian. He went above and beyond my expectations answering the questions that I had regarding the different types of savings accounts. He went into detail and took his time. I did not feel rushed or pressured to getting an account I was not comfortable with.I appreciate all of your help Damian and keep up the good work!

Very rude! My daughter went in to get a debit card replaced this afternoon and the lady acted irritated the entire time! This is exactly the experience our other daughter had when she went in awhile back!We do not recommend this bank!!

I love commerce bank. When I need help,they help me out. The ATM machine is good, it's work very fast and very easy. Their services are good, my accounts are secured all the time. Commerce Bank is the best.

I really do not recommend banking here! Lots of fees!!! They used to be fine and reasonable! Now they take way longer to update transactions and to let you have access to your money. I deposited money Saturday and am still waiting Monday night to even access the money which made my account negative and resulted in fees. Also with the app they sometimes have your balances wrong which can result in overdrawing your account. This all just started the past 2 years and ive had an account with them for 10 years! The people who work at the bank are great its just corporate greed.

You guys are the worst BANK EVER!!! Took $942 out to pay my credit card when it was already paid off and made my checking account. Negative I haven’t been able to use my debit card MY OWN MONEY IN 2 WEEKS . I call EVERYDAY AND WAIT ON HOLD FOR HOURS TO BE TOLD ITLL BE DONE TOMORROW. NOW YOURE CHARGING ME TWO OVERDRAFT FEES? WHICH IS $74???? I’m a stay at home mom I have literally no income besides my fiancé this is RIDICULOUS AND STEALING. once you guys figure it out which will be tomorrow or I will literally be asking to speak to someone higher up and I will get my money back and go to a different bank. DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY STEAL FROM YOU.

Can't stand the intentions of this company. Manipulated transactions by them creating overdrafts. Not that overdrafts bad enough but then you charge protection fees while still creating overdrafts on the account continously. I can't wait to close my account tomorrow and point out how much money you have stolen from me and my son. As a single father I dispise your business !

I arrived at 11:57 because I had fraud on my card and needed a new one this weekend. By the time I walked to the door and read the sign and called it was right at noon. The woman immediately said she could not help me because they close at noon even though I was already outside and all she needed to do was print me a new card...absolutely terrible

Stop by on a Saturday about 10 and the ATM was not working there is no one at the windows at either location in Shawnee. I had to drive clear across town to find one that was open ridiculous.

Went in there today to open 2 new accounts and got told by the MANAGER that we couldn’t use our passports with our matriculas. She made us drive all the way home to get another form of ID(she said a car title would work). We then went to another branch only to tell us that they don’t take car titles. The manager lady who helped us also looked at my foreign passport and said “yeah looks like you don’t have a visa either”. Very unprofessional. I was very shocked knowing she is Hispanic. We filed a complaint at the other branch. Will never come back to this one.

Direct deposit is something they cannot handle professionally. They also are unable to notify customers of problems.
