Great cleaning machine my jeep is always sparkling clean BUT if you would stop feeding vehicles so close to each other, I had a truck actually rear end me because the car I front of got stuck , this has been a major complaint on the web site

We experienced being ended inside the car wash by a person who was uninsured. The manager insisted to not call the police that they had a process to make a report and provide the information. The legal folks at Club Car Wash were terrible to work with and avoided all liability. If you choose to use them make sure to ask the attendant for a car length of space behind to avoid the loss we experienced.

I have had a membership in the past and the washes were alright but the car usually would still has dirt on the rear end above the bumper so I let the membership expire. Received a promo via text 10 days ago about a 3 month special $10.95 a month so I went on line and signed up, a day later I received confirmation and they charged my card for the first month. Today I went to the wash, first time, it wouldn't allow me to enter. Talked to the employee and then the Manager he said it showed I was a member, but wasn't authorizing me to enter. If I wanted a single car wash while I was there I could pay for it, anything else I would have to contact corporate, this was after a 1/2 hour screwing with the employees. Called corporate told them the situation, they said it should have worked but didn't offer any other fix than to go back and try again. Told them no, just to cancel my membership and refund my first month as I had never used it, they said they would cancel but refused a refund, that is against corporate policy. I canceled and will dispute with the CC company. Club Car Wash truly sucks! Would have given no stars, but it wouldn't allow that.

I've had several issues with this location! First they hired a new employee which they didn't train at all. He guided me in the car wash incorrectly which caused damage. Luckily they paid for it and approved my claim.Today I went to vacuum my car out, but each stall that I went to wasn't working. Their employee should check them on a regular basis. It's worth driving to the one in Lansing KS since the employees know what they're doing and keep up on everything.

I've been using this service for over a year and really enjoy coming here just because it's easy and organized and is Fairly reliable for cleanliness. I purchased a membership and I feel like it's a great value.

While I've had very friendly, helpful service at this location in the past - it's now obvious there's a problem within management. One of the employee's whose job it is to pre-wash the vehicle simply didn't spray my vehicle, and just walked away and returned his sprayer. I pointed out that he didn't spray my truck, and he immediately had an attitude. He even clinched and began to raise his fists, like he was going to throw a punch at me through my window. I'm thinking this little knuckle-dragger was triggered by the fact that I had to yell to be heard, because of the loud environment inside an auto- carwash. I filed a complaint through their website, and waited for a response. 5 days passed without one, so I cancelled. You don't acquire employees like this without poor management. You should also have systems in place to receive complaints, but maybe top management is where the problems originate. Buyer beware.

It kinda fell off. Started well. Staff dont seem as concerned to clean car. 4th time in row they didnt guide me and I slipped that track. The wash itself seems to do a decent job. Customer service may want to tone it down on trying to presure people into those plans. Their like car salesman. Telling you the same thing thats one the signs all around the building. Still decent wash.

Great prices and friendly staff. I would suggest not pulling the vehicles so close together. When close together if they do not both have mvp as an example it picks up the first cars choice mvp as an example the next car gets whatever the first car paid for. Plus if the first car doesn't change out of neutral when it says go there could be an accident they are so close

I like it but the last 3 times I have been here there has always been a system problem of some kind and a MAJOR delay or it was inoperable.
