Great tools! Great Salesmen. I have been in over the past year numerous times and Joe always helps me. He remembers my son being with me and the antique cars we work on everything. Joe remembers what tools purchased months before the last time I was in Clark's by memory.Thanks!!

Used to like this place. Nice selection of toolsBut they will do anything to get out of honoring a warranty. Wasted my wife's entire lunch break. On what should have been her just picking up a tool that I had already been told was there waiting for us. Even after giving them the voicemail proving they had called and told me they had it waiting they refused to give her the part. Definetly not going back.

Great place went in to swap a defective battery and they replaced it with a new one no questions asked also I decided to walk around and decided to purchase some tools that I need definitely recommend this place for all your tools needs

I run a small mechanic business in KC. These guys have great customer service and are super knowledgeable. They have earned a customer for life. I purchase all my milwaulkee tools, floor jacks and other tools from here now, and I will continue to do so as my business grows. I don't use anyone else but them---that's how good they are here.
