Store is dirty and clothes are overpriced. Dresses are 13.99-19.99, thrifting is no longer fun when there are no bargains to be had. They do have a $1 markdown section for clothes, but it's limited.

1. The prices on their clothes are more expensive than your local Target or Walmart.
2. Nothing is sorted or organized.
3. Most of clothes are beyond repair.
4. They don't have a changing room.
5. Bathrooms are locked? What are you afraid of? Ppl stealing donated clothes?
6. They up charge every piece of article an extra $.50 at the register.
Why? You're a 2nd hand store. Then they don't tell you but they sign you up for things you never asked for.
Very very sad visit.

they'll change the prices at the register. had three items for around 5.99 each and i get to the register and the lady tells me they're not priced right and says they're all 9.99. i asked why they weren't priced right in the first place and she said that the "tags were switched". how am i supposed to know that? y'all need to honor the prices your people put on items. don't come here unless you want to be charged double for the things you find.

I was charged 3 dollars extra for the items I bought. Won't be back. Thrift stores are high priced for used items that are donated.

I was trying to buy a computer screen and keyboard. Went back into get a receipt and the managers was very rude. Both of them. One informed me that they can't give me a refund, because it was as is. I replied there is no sign up and no one informed me of this policy. She replied it is on your receipt which is a lied. Then after leaving she informed me to never come back. Because I wanted my money back because didn't want to take the risk if the things I brought work or not. Terrible place the boss should be retrained or fired.

Decent place. I have shopped here many, many times. I’ve bought sweaters, shirts, jeans, books and more. Don’t have anything particularly bad or good to say. It’s just a thrift store, sometimes things are a little bit overpriced but when compared to buying a brand new pair of jeans for $80+ at retail stores, I’m not really one to complain.

Big selection of donated items. Expensive prices, however. I was looking for bi der with clipboard on top. They had one for 5.99! For plastic and a clip..Also saw a space heater for 44.98, and the handle was broken off. I asked the cashier if he'd take 50% off because it's broken. He said no. Items are way outdated for the prices. A tank top for 7.99! I've been to the City union mission, can't imagine where all the money is going.

There’s so many items in there that are way overpriced. Drop the prices and it won’t be so cluttered. Overwhelming, get tags, quit writing on things. Get fitting rooms. David ruined my day. He was rude and unprofessional. He didn’t take my phone number for rewards to get my discount. He was short with me and just overall a disrespectful employee. I will not be returning.

I bought 2 wallets and didn't see one has inside folds peeling . I went to return or exchange and I was told they cant accept because they don't how it got damaged from the time I bought it, which was less than a week earlier, tag attached and have reciept. They refused to take it back or exchaged unless its donated and be sold again to unsuspected customer. Then tell me customer has the written ploicy by register to read . Who reads thier policy before paying ?. I do not recommend donating or buy in this store. Greedy
