Christian Brothers Automotive is awesome. They got me in the very next day. They started the work right on time, kept me posted on what they were doing, had it ready when they said it would be at the price they had stated. Plus they offered coffee and water, and the waiting room is the nicest I have ever been in….the restrooms, too. Highly recommend this company!

Holy smokes it's been awful.
1st visit great.
2nd visit seemed OK but started having issues right away.
Bought a battery, but they told me not to install it because of the issues I was having trying to initially jump what I thought was a dead battery. They had me tow in the vehicle.
They ONLY reinstalled the battery. Charged me almost $100 for that and sent me out with DTC's lit up. 1 code is for the turbocharger and the 2nd code could be several things including the turbocharger, alternator or the computer.
What I paid for on my invoice is battery installation AND an inspection that included code reading, but admitted that they never did that & tell me they they were under no obligation to do so since the new battery started the car (according to Brad & the mechanic).
Called them right away but
now they're ignoring me an won't let me speak to a supervisor.
Won't go back or recommend.
Terrible experience.

Had a great experience, my air conditioner was blowing hot air out the drivers side. They gave me a price up and completed the work 1/2 day early, very courteous as always. Very happy !

Huge issue with this location. I called about running a diagnostic for my AC and they quoted me over $300 to do the same recharge service I just had done at Valvoline (for free may I add). They told me that it doesn’t matter that I had it done there as they aren’t real mechanics and they’ll do the exact same service. I had my BOYFRIEND call and say the exact same issue at their other location in Olathe and he was quoted $140 for the diagnostic and they said since “he” went to valvoline for the recharge service they would do the diagnostic to see what issues the compressor was having. I am so sick of mechanics taking advantage of female clients. I am happy to give a review after I am serviced at the Olathe location based on my experience there, but as for the Shawnee shop - females beware.

I drive a tow truck and I've dropped off here many times. The honesty and the professionalism doesn't stop at the front desk with who you speak to, it flows down right to the people working and investigating your vehicle . I have all faith you will find authentic, nimble, and kind professionals at this shop.

Took my car in for a repair, and had never used them before. My dealer recommended them as they well with extended warranty company. The repair was done a day earlier than what they quoted me. They explained all the work that was. The staff is excellent. I can definitely say they have earned my business from now on.

Was in desperate need of work on my 2009 Toyota Highlander. Both my alternator and battery needed replacing (this fact was known before arriving at location), as well as a serpentine belt. The work was done but was very expensive at $1,675.43 was very high. There was a $75.00 discount due to my AAA membership but was quickly erased by the (expensive) $123.30 cost for a starting/charging system test to detect something that was already known. As well as the $50.12 more expensive cost (than AAA was going to charge for replacing but, would not be able to warranty the battery due to the bad alternator that remained. The labor charge of $781.50 was more than parts (at $772.19). My car was repaired and I was at their mercy. I know they are in business to make a profit, which is exactly what they did in my unfortunate situation.

Super friendly company, and I had a great customer experience! Even when something came loose that they had fixed they immediately rectified the problem for me with a smile and a cold bottle of water!
