I have been going to this location forever as I live nearby. It IS a convenient store right? I've tried to support this store always. I think I'm finally done. NEVER have a seen a convenient store close because their truck order came in.. that's not so convenient. Casey's, if you're reading this. THIS STORE NEEDS THE MOST HELP OUT THERE!!!!! Been to Casey's all the way from here to bolivar, MO and it's by far the worst.

Don't fill customers with false promises. I understand the business reply, but let's be real here... failing location with 2.8 stars. How low we trying to get before we actually help this location?
Sad to say, but a shell might even do better here than Casey's. You all seam to neglect this location. Which is sad considering the location..
Inside one of the richest counties in Kansas next to all types of sports complexes that gather alot of business during weekends. IF you wonder why customers are unhappy along with your employees, that might be a good start.

I’ve lived in the area for 10 years and this location is the worse when it comes to Casey’s pizza. It’s always something. They never meet their estimated pick up time. The employees are incompetent, slow, and lack customer service skills. I can’t stand Casey’s Pizza and it’s because of this location.

Cashier named Roxanne was serving a group Hispanics in front of me. They gave her enough money for the total and said put the rest on the pump she continue to say under her breath that she can’t stand the illegal immigrants when I asked for her name she continue to yell throughout the store. I know they are illegal. She should not have a job nor be in a customer service role. This was at 9 PM June 7, Friday,

I frequent a lot of gas stations due to my work being on the road a lot. This is the second time ive been to this caseys and gotten what seems to be mold growth in a fountain drink. From now on ill only be drinking bottled soda.

Never had a Casey’s pizza that wasn’t good. Until today. Arrived with very minimal cheese topping. It’s honestly inedible. Pretty much a tomato sauce and bread pizza won’t be ordering from here again. :(

Absolutely disgusting. The restrooms are filthy with feces all over the toilet bowls and hardly any paper towels. It’s hard to say when they were last cleaned, but it was not recently. Do better, Casey’s. We will not be back. QT is MUCH better and right down the street.

This location is terrible! It needs new management so bad! They are ruining Casey’s name. They literally never have any food made they never have breakfast pizza. I am never going in there again and even trying because it’s a big waste of my time. They put signs on the door sometimes saying they’re closed in the middle of the day. It’s just horrible absolutely horrible. It has been this way for years, I keep giving it a chance and it never changes don’t waste your time.

Update your closing time online. Walked in at 10:04pm and caught some attitude “we’re clooosed” from behind counter. Google says you’re open to 11pm. Just needed some damn advil. You’re lucky your pizza is delicious or I’d never return.

ALL Casey's (besides this one) are known for their pizza and soft served ice cream. Pizza is hardly ever made and ice cream machine has been done for MONTHS. The employees all said the manager is removing it. Stupid decision. This Casey's won't last much longer if they don't make it the way it's supposed to be.

Kristan is very sweet and nice even on day when they are really really busy we come in every Wednesday and she’s always a wonderful.
