“We have a monthly membership at this Tidal Wave Auto Spa location and they are always friendly, they do a good job at the entrance when they do the in person scrub down and directing the driver on the automatic racks. We pay about $31 a month for the top of the line car wash and we can go daily or even twice daily. The car looks clean when finished. They also have an area for vacuuming as well.”
“It’s a good car wash, however it’s frustrating that the vacuum hoses are always dirty (dragging them through your clean car) and the pressurized air hoses are always so tangled that you can’t utilize them.”

Edit: I should have updated this review years ago. The problem was fixed from what I remember quickly and I've used this particular bay mutiple times since.”

“This is the last decent self service carwash I know of in shawnee. I can always get in. Everything always works. Please don't sell put to a corporate hack company Like Zips.”
“We've been going to this location since March 2025, and it's been nothing but a great experience and service. The young people that work at this location take pride in their work. I've had a few of the vacuums not working that I reported and they immediately come out and fix the issue. They are always polite and courteous.”
“I visited the wash today with my truck, and Miranda, the site manager, personally assisted me to ensure my truck would fit safely in the touchless bay without risk of damage to either my truck or the equipment. She and her team were very courteous and attentive, clearly committed to making sure every vehicle leaves clean and looking its best.”

“This is a really great car wash! Locally owned, all the bells and whistles to really detail your car (glass cleaner, microfiber clothes, airgun to get the water out of the little nooks and crannies, great vacuums all right within reach. Very courteous staff. My car looks amazing. Oh, and you can get a coupon for a free wash!! None better.”
