“I drive a Jeep Wrangler. As most Wrangler owners know, windshield replacement is not uncommon with our vehicles. I got hit with an unknown object while driving through downtown KC at 1 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon, and the impact caused immediate cracking that spread really quickly. Frustratingly, I was scheduled to drive 350 miles/5 hours west the following morning, so I needed a fix quickly! I was able to make an appointment through the Safelite website at the Shawnee location for Friday morning at 10 a.m. I was even able to get the claim submitted through my insurance via the Safelite website, which is great because the newer Wrangler windshields are much more expensive than the ones I replaced on my 2014 and 2019 versions!
Service was started on time, and my car was done in about an hour and a half. I was able to sit in their waiting room area and work while I waited...wifi was adequate for working in my Google drive. Customer service was stellar across the board. They were busy in there, cranking out multiple fixes throughout the time I was waiting. They were friendly and helpful with everyone I heard them speaking to. While I usually go through my Jeep dealership for this kind of situation, I will 100% use Safelite again in the future! (Although I really hope I won't need to. >.<)”

“Overall, the technicians (Nick & Yazid) did a splendid job on a recent glass panel replacement. I had five large panes replaced on casement windows that were all showing their age, but regardless, the techs handled the aging windows and related parts with care. The quality of the new glass is definitely better than the original, and the E270 coating certainly knocks the heat down as advertised. Very much appreciated. On the company management side, there were a couple of re-shipments, lost shipments, and some wrong glass delivered that delayed the work getting completed on the expected schedule, but overall, the quality of the glass and the installers workmanship were superb.”
