I spent over $8000 in veterinary fees and my dog almost died because of staying at Broadmore Pet Retreat. We had warned the kennel our dog would eat stuffed toys and we were assured they were not allowed in the kennel. After one stay our dog did swallow a stuffed toy there, which required $3800plus for emergency abdominal surgery and a long painful threej-week recovery. I took the the remains of the toy to the kennel where and owner Pat assured me he knew what employee had supplied the toy and everyone there understood it could not happen again. He offered to pay for surgery and I said we could just take it as a credit. Next time our dog stayed, the poor thing required the same surgery for swallowing the same type of toy. When I brought the pieces in Pat said he wouldn't pay me anything for the first or second surgery.

My three canines enjoy this facility and I use Broadmore for most of my kennel trips. Very friendly and polite people here, always a joy. They do a great job of taking care of my three.

This is the most wonderful place for our dogs. They attend daycare at least 3 times a week and board when we are out of town. There is no other place we would trust with our precious animals, and our dogs agree.They pout on the days they don’t go to the resort.All of the staff are friendly, personable, kind and gentle with the dogs. It is obvious they really love what they do and understand the dogs individually. We know this is the best second home for them, and many days the “home” they prefer for the day.

I love the daycare and the boarding. They do a great job of grouping the dogs. They are strict about vaccines which I appreciate. I love the dog pics on instagram. I feel good about taking my dogs there. Everyone is friendly.

Our boys love Broadmore, they get so excited on the drive. I know they are given individual care and cuddles. Our Irish is not camera shy and is a star on Facebook/Instagram. This year has been a tough one and Broadmore have been so helpful and flexible. Thank you to everyone who works there.

Our dogs always come home so happy and healthy! The communication is excellent, and you can tell the staff really cares about your pet. Their prices are also comparable if not slightly lower than other places we’ve looked for our two dogs.

We have used Broadmore for many years and have always been happy with you. Our dogs love to go, the people are all very nice and friendly and obviously care about dogs. On one long-term stay while we were out of town one of our dogs injured a nail. Pat called and asked permission to take him into the vet. It was all taken care of when we got home, which was very much appreciated.Highly recommended!

Our dogs Munson and Landi love broadmore. We are so thankful to have them when we take vacations and need to board them. They’ve stayed for anywhere from 3 nights to 8 nights and it’s been wonderful each time. Landi is an older gal at 11 and she always seems to have a little bit more pep in her step after being there! Love that they have outdoor areas and nice indoor kennels to sleep in. They are spoiled rotten so we always bring their giant beds and they are always returned to us in great shape! The people who work here clearly love their jobs and all the happiness must rub off on our pups because they love when we pull up and are in great spirits when we pick them up!Also FYI if you have a geriatric pup, they do have special boarding options for your senior. We were going to board our 13 year old Doberman earlier this year but sadly he passed before we went on vacation. But they talked us through the whole process and helped us feel so at ease with his arthritis and our other concerns and his many medications. These amazing people care deeply about your dogs/family members and I’d recommend this to anyone who loves their pets.Also also, I volunteer with a local shelter and everyone there recommends broadmore. Nothing but great things to say.

We love Broadmore kennels for boarding our two dogs! Having a secure, safe environment for our dogs while we are away is priceless and brings us a lot of peace. The dog park is also nice for our dog who is fear reactive and doesn’t always do well at public dog parks!

I've lost count of the number of times we've taken our dogs to Broadmoor for daycare and vacations ranging from a weekend to almost 2 weeks. They always have a great time and come back happy and tired. The staff is unbelievably friendly, pick-ups and drop-offs are quick & easy, and it’s so much fun to see our pups pop up on their Instagram feed playing or smiling while we’re away.
