Made my last visit to this store today. Had a terrible encounter with Ryan at the counter while I was filling my tank up with gas. We live in the neighborhood behind the station so I frequent the carwash and gas station. Purcahsed a car wash there in May. The receipt had fallen in the floor board and was missed to use within the arbitrary 2 week time frame. I asked them to give me a new code for the car wash since the code was unused. I was told you have two weeks to use the code and that it is expired, nothing he can do. I asked him to explain why there is a time limit to use a car wash that was purchased and he said it was policy that he could not do anything about it. Seems like a weird stance to take with two other car washes and multiple gas stations around. Needless to say I won't be returning there with my business. I know I will be treated well at QT and Casey's.

Never, never, ever come here. Typical quickie Mart, different prices for cash and for credit. I would question everything that's on every shelf on expiration date. Go down the street to quick trip if you can

Gas pumps run far too slow on a regular basis. They should try changing the dispenser filters more often. The car wash is decent.

Typical convince store that does not keep their coolers as low as others.Only bought gas here when Gas Buddy gave me a good price.3-30-22 will be my last visit ever. The fuel pumps were extremely slow. Took fifteen minutes to pump ten gallons. The slow pump over-filled my tank and spilled.

I will never give them my business again I was charged twice for some alcohol I immediately addressed the charges to them I was assured I would be reimbursed the second charge which was a lie. I go back they were very rude and told me I have to go to my bank to get it fixed. It was their mistake they could have reimbursed me but I was lied to and mistreated with rudeness.AND your reply a month later is a lie. Will never come back and let everyone I know about how unprofessional this business is.

This BP is one of the few places in the area with 93 Octane - yes with a high compression engine it's crucial to use not only the high octane but the highest you can find - and when using the BP app, I can pay dang it unlocks the pump I'm at; not to mention the discounted price if you meet the monthly quota. Never go anywhere else and the car wash actually has cleans your vehicle not just a high pressure water hose like most automatic carwash places offer.

On 6/4/2021 I purchased two 59.2 oz. bottles of your Light Margarita Mix as well as one 750 ml bottle of your silver tequila from Monticello Liquors 21910 w. 66th street, Shawnee KS 66226 from manager Chris.Once home a few days later we open and used one of the Light Margarita Mix bottles and made two Margaritas. They had no taste and I returned to Monticello Liquor store to exchange the second unopened Light Margarita Mix. I was told I would have to come back for Chris the manager to refund or replace this item because all employees at the location had just started working and were unable to do so. Today I returned to the locations for the 2nd time on my lunch break and Chris refused and kind of service to fix the problem. I only ask for a refund or credit to purchase another replacement product of $7.99 plus tax.I have had other service problems at the BP station when purchasing gas/car washes and it has always been the same excuse, help is new and can not fix the problem.

The 2 girls working made the atmosphere up lifting. Today is July 9th 2020 i went in at about 6:20 pm today. I believe one girls name was Tina. But props to you both.
