I get soo confused at all this bank paperwork. If I didn't have Kelly, Luis, and Jannise. I would go crazy. They ALWAYS help me, as long as it takes. And believe you me, it takes a long time. The bank in Shawnee is the BEST BRANCH!!!!!! Everyone there is SO patient and kind. If you the the BEST service, this is the bank.!!!!! Try it, you will be HAPPY you did!!!!! Thanks BMO crew!!!!!!!!!!

The employee, Sandra, is so incredibly thorough and patient. She does an amazing job and takes her work very seriously. I hope she is recognized for this by her employers and other members of the bank ❤️

I have a car loan with this company; I have never missed a payment. Every time I call to ask about my balance or have a question they are rude and have an attitude. I have never been treated like this by any other bank, so if you are looking to get a car loan I would suggest searching elsewhere.

Worse bank ever. Loose your paperwork and back charge you for 3 years. What a joke, managers are rude and disrespectful. No help whatsoever. Update: after the banks response I sent an email as they requested and have not heard anything back, worse bank ever still.

Absolutely the worst banking experience ever!!! Took time off to open a promotional account and sat for over an hour with worst banking reps who had to make phone calls and prattle about to find answers for my account questions until 5pm came and then up they stood and said CLOSING after getting all my personal information and no account opened! Such an INCREDIBLE FRUSTRATING waste of time! It seems like a cult of the most incompetent bank employees ever work at BMO. Plus what a ridiculous name for a bank. Be warned that you too will get PEE YEW, BMO'd, as other reviewers say this bank offers promotional bonuses and then finds multiple ways not to pay it!!! Advice, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Have been at different BMO Harris branches for almost 10 years now and have always had a great experience. Employees are kind and knowledgeable, and they have locations all over the country.
