They replaced the rollers on our sliding glass door. It is just like new now. The two workers were fast and friendly. I wish I would have called them last spring.

THEY NO LONGER DO AUTOMOTIVE WINDSHIELDSJust hoping to save a few people some time! They were very friendly on the phone but I was informed that they sold their auto business to Safelite.

My wife's car was broken into and we needed to have the driver side window replaced. Their price was competitive and they did a great job installing the new glass. When the car was broken into the trim on the front and back door were badly bent out of shape from being pried on. Not only did they straighten out the front window trim piece but also the rear window which wasn't damaged and didn't get replaced. They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate that they paid that much attention to detail. Will definitely be going back in the future for our glass repair needs! Thanks Binswanger.

I have to take my vehicle back today. The windshield was not properly calibrated. I have already called and made an appointment for 2:00 this afternoon. The calibration should been PROPERLY completed the first time........

I got a chip on my windshield while driving to Kansas from Colorado. Needed to get it fixed before it got worse. They were very professional and got my windshield repaired within 30 minutes. Safelite could not do it and they were even cheaper. Would highly recommend this bbn place

Stephen was awesome. He vacuumed the glass that was in my truck and when I accidentally said the wrong size of my window, he taped a cardboard to cover up my interior from getting wet and rescheduled the next day. I just got my new window installed just a few minutes ago. Stephen is awesome ( if that’s how you spell his name )

Had a windshield replaced in my Ford -150. Binswanger Glass answered their phones, allowed me to talk with and schedule with a live person. They showed up when they said they would and did good work. Would Highly Recommend them!!

The work I had done. Was very costly. I could have bought new patio stuff the price. I had two things done. One was put together okay the other alot of glue was not put on well. This really wasn't worth the money. Should of check around on price

From the first phone call up to my shower installation, the friendliness was evident. When I visited the showroom Gary was knowledgeable and asked great questions to determine what the best options were for me. He kept me posted of all changes and was timely on installation day. They were respectful of my home and time efficient with my installation. I will definitely use them again.

First, I was able to reach a human on the phone. Second, I didn't need to make an appointment for them to look at my windshield to see if it was something they could fix. I was told to just drop in. I did and was greeted immediately upon entering the building. Someone came out within 45 seconds to assess the situation. It was fixed while I waited. This place believes in service to customers. I will come back if I ever need anything glass again. I very much appreciate the way I was treated, but especially being able to reach someone by phone at the location, and didn't need to make an appointment. Thank you, Binswanger!

Ordered oval window glass replacement several weeks before we sold the house. Binswanger keeps making excuses about how the right glass hasn't come in yet. Now, two weeks after the closing of the home and we are still waiting on them to do the job so that we can complete our responsibilities. Very unresponsive group.
