Shea and Caden went above and beyond to make this 9th and final military move the best move I have ever experienced. The move was from Warrensburg MO to Midland TX. They were highly punctual, professional, empathetic, and got the job done beyond anything expected.
If you are in need of moving, you have to give them a call.

Think twice before hiring Allied. I moved across the country to another state. Upon arrival in the new state Allied delivered my belongings to a private storage unit until I found a house. Once delivered to the storage unit I did not unwrap, unpack, or move any of my belongings. Upon finding a house a local Allied team then moved my belongings from the storage unit to the new house. However, when unwrapped at the new house we discovered that my antique oak china cabinet had been severely damaged as the glass was broken out of one side. In addition when taken from the box a big screen television had been cracked. The Allied local movers informed me that the movers in the other state had obviously not packed the items properly.
I subsequently filed a damage claim for these items. However, that process has been extremely frustrating.
First of all the woman assigned to my claim refused to keep me informed during the process and refused to answer my calls. Finally after 2 months and numerous attempts to reach her she sent me an email stating that my claim had been denied. The reason given was that my belongings had been delivered to a storage unit and Allied was not responsible.
This denial is the company’s refusal to take responsibility for their failure to pack my furniture properly. They packed the items, transported them and then delivered to the storage facility. The furniture was never unpacked until they were delivered to the new house at which time they were unpacked by the movers.
I am very disappointed that this company caused damage to my antique china cabinet and now will not do the right thing and pay for either replacement or to have it repaired.
O did not even want to give this company 1 star but had to for posting this review. Please do not use this company for your move!

Allied did a great job with my multi-state move. From the moving rep Liz, to the packers and the movers on both ends. I would definitely recommend their services if you're in need of dependable and reliable moving company.

Never again will I use Allied Coleman. Our move was a terrible experience. Julie Hatfield is the worst moving coordinator and should frankly be fired. She absolutely refused to call us back and we had several different phone numbers for her, and none of them worked. I left voicemails and emails all over the Allied company and not a single person would call us back. Julie only replied to our email when it dealt with transferring money. Our driver did not follow the one instruction I had, to load the dog crates LAST so that at our new home they would be FIRST to come off. That didn’t happen and our dogs spent the day in the car. At one point the key fob battery died and the A/C shut off. Luckily we caught it early and they were okay, but they could have DIED because the movers couldn’t follow the only request we had. It also meant my husband and I had to take turns sitting in the car with them and not coordinating unloading efforts. The crates were the second to last thing to come off the truck and when I asked the driver WHY did this happen, he just stared at me blankly. The driver also forgot an apparently critical form and I had to drive in an hour and twenty minute round trip to the nearest Allied office to get it. He and his partner had conflicts with the local movers at both ends of the move and it slowed things down immensely. It took ten hours for four men to unload 10,000 lbs. They also broke a $3,000 bed. I am still so angry and no one has reached out to apologize. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Go with somebody else, even if it’s more expensive, trust me.

My salesman Bob B. was great but my move coordinator Julie H. was awful. She literally would not return my voicemails for a week while my belongings were in transit. She also seemed out of touch; she finally emailed to tell me that my belongings would be delivered the next day, not knowing they had already been delivered. Terrible communication. I would not recommend.

I don’t think I can even give one star to Allied. The whole experience was awful. The movers were very unprofessional and damaged many of our things including walls and doors in both houses.
I paid for the insurance, but have heard nothing from the company. They were paid in full so I guess they are finished with us.

Great experience the whole move cross country! They came to my place to give me the most accurate quote and maintained professional and accurate communication throughout the entire process. All my stuff was loaded and unloaded with care and made the experience one less thing I had to worry about! Thank you Allied-Shawnee!

The ladies who packed my belongings were great! But...the men who moved me were very sloppy and broke 2 legs of my desk. I had to report it late because the house wasn't ready to be lived in because of painting, etc. so I unpacked gradually and was late finding things. I reported the desk broken and was told they would send a claim to fill out but I never received it. I would not reccomend them to move you. I moved from NJ to KS about 6 years ago and everything was perfect. Can't remember the name of that mover but it was a small line.
