This was an excellent place , spoke with the gentleman named Rich and he was very efficient very pleasant to work with I highly recommend this place and will let people know to go there and ask for Rich if they want great service and a smile

I highly recommend you choose another shop.i paid $160 for them to make my truck worse than when I dropped it off. I brought my truck here for my tires shaking and the breaks acting up. My breaks worked for the most part but occasionally showed hesitation in the pedal when I would apply the breaks. They had it for three days and they called me saying they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They flushed my break line twice and told me come pick it up we don’t know what’s wrong. When I picked it up on my drive home the pedal would go to the floor. They forgot to bleed the air out of the break line. I ended up doing it myself this weekend and when I went to pop my hood to add break fluid to my reservoir I found that they had broke the handle inside the cab of my truck to pop my hood. They also saw white smoke coming out of my tail pipe and took a look at that for me as well. Their suggestion was to replace my entire motor. If they’re not competent enough to fix my breaks I’m sure they don’t have the mental capacity to do a motor swap.

Good pricing on tires, but I would get a second opinion and second quote on everything else because they tend to be way over priced. Tire plugs cost $40 when they are free down the street at discount tires even if you didn't buy it from them. Also got quotes for other services needed and they were the highest priced by a large margin. Can't say it's the quality of service either cause I went to get my tire checked out since it kept deflating, they "fixed" it and it continued to deflate even faster ever day after that. I took it back to have it reinspected and they blamed something they saw in the original inspection that they had specifically said wasn't the problem.

First time I went in I was not satisfied with the wheel alignment because when they aligned the wheels the steering wheel was not rotated perfectly to the center point. May not seem like a big deal but to me it's a distraction while driving. I took it back in a second time as they said they'd make the necessary adjustment. It's quite clear to me that they did not actually do anything to the car the second time they simply looked at it and determined it was good enough for them and sent me on my way thinking they fixed it. At this point I don't feel like it's worth my time to take it back in there I'd rather try to fix it myself or take it to a professional mechanic.

They fixed my flat tire and it lasted 2 days and it went flat in the garage. That is pretty sad .will not use again. They did not even say they were sorry.they did fix it again so will see how long it will last.

I was so happy that they fixed my problem with no start and also Bill was so nice and explained everything they did to fix it. I would recommend people to come to this Goodyear location because they know what there doing.
