Fantastic customer service! They didn’t have the specific refill cartridge for the brand of string trimmer I have. Jimmy had me bring it in and not only did he restring it for me, he showed me how to do it on my own for next time. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for a reasonable price.
