I have used Access Direct for my business for over a year. When I signed up, I signed up for calls and text messages. I have been texting and calling clients this whole time, until I started having issues recently (in November). I called to get the issue sorted out and I was told by Andrew that I was never supposed to have text services and he doesn't know why I was able to use the text feature this whole time. He offered to turn the text feature back on if I pay an extra $10/month. Turns out, they actually updated the website to say that they now offer business texting at an extra charge. Obviously, they just wanted to increase my price and are holding services that my business depends on hostage in order to do so. I'm losing wages and business opportunities because of this move and they are refusing to allow me to port my number to new provider. I'm very disappointed and seeking legal counsel.

I can't say enough to tell you how happy we are with the service. Valerie walked us though everything from startup to making changes and we are extremely happy. Her customer service is more than 5 stars!
