This is the slowest and the worst bank I have ever been to. The employees are not customer friendly at all. Went to deposit a check and I have been depositing these checks for a few years now and she wanted to place a hold which makes no sense. I went to a different branch and they didn’t place a hold so are you guys even consistent in your banking practices? I am so happy I will be leaving this bank. The employees are so rude and unprofessional!!!!
The manager is never there when you need him. Make sure you guys are consistent in what you say to all customers.

Academy bank used to always say they were open late and weekends. Went in today at 5:10pm 3 people behind counter and was told they were closed. They all walked out at 5:17 as I left from buying from Walmart. Google says they close at 6pm.

There were 2 people there, but only one was working.Erin, who claimed to be a manager, was playing on her phone while a line piled up in front of the working teller.When approached, she was very annoyed at being spoken to by the lowly customers and immediately copped a hateful attitude.She told the people in line that if they were upset by the wait time, they should just use the ATM. She made sure to be clear that waiting for the teller was a choice everyone was making and therefore not her fault. God forbid she actually do any work.I'm not comfortable banking with an organization that feels that putting bigoted, lazy, hateful people in a position of authority is a good idea.I will NOT be back.
