Beware. My husband asked to put his membership on hold due to an unfortunate injury he sustained which will now require back surgery. They took over 6 months of dues during COVID and then would not work with him even though he clearly can’t workout right now. Even provided medical papers. Horrible owner.

I’ve been a member at many gyms as an adult and this is by FAR the best environment and overall workout I’ve had. In 35 minutes I’ll burn 650 calories and have transformed my body beyond my expectations - and have a blast doing it. Mentally and physically it’s been the best experience ever!

We love the family atmosphere of 9round. Combined with the convenience of being able to workout without scheduled classes . The trainers went above and beyond to keep us engaged even during quarantine at home .

I like that the workouts are 30 minutes of HIT. I feel great after (I mean tired and sweaty and gross, but great workouts). I like that there are trainers helping me with form. They seem to care about my progress. I like that I can drop in whenever I want and not have to stress about being late.

I haven't met a trainer yet who isn't competent, compassionate, and enthusiastic about you being there and guiding you throughout the workouts. It's good vibes and positive energy all around ?
