This place is beyond this worst I have ever seen the Indian guy called sai told me he need someone to clean the restrooms and make it look better and smell cleaner so u know I did .so when time u pay me which was under the table I told him I would clean both restrooms up make really nice and smelling good for 50$ .u know what he tried to give 30$ and told me that what he think .like dude wow really we are in the united stated not in India just saying

Got ready to eat one and look at the back side. Glad I hadn't left the parking lot yet. Left Wendy's to come here because there line was long. Hadn't eaten all day. Smh

Good luck ever getting a car wash here. For over a year it has declined any card I put in it, and it didn't ask me if I wanted one at the pump either. It's crazy to me they would maintain a car wash that is impossible to pay for

I would suggest to anyone to go across the Renner to the other convenient store. This 7-11 location will try to cheat you out of any money they can. They have overcharged me on a number of occasions. Unfortunately I didn't realize that until I got home. If they have a product that has more than one size, it looked like to me they automatically charge you for the larger size even if you have the smaller one. Do yourself a favor and go across the street?Those people over there are very nice and honest.Google made me give them one star if I could have given them 0, I would have. Besides all that they're very unfriendly people.

I only stop here if I have to. Employees are always on their phone. I can deal with the phone thing but my main complaint is they don't address customers. No hello, no how can I help you, no thank you, or have a good day.

Seem to be always in the stock keeping busy. Since they have a rewards program they make you type your phone number into, But every time something pops up on the screen about saving money they clear it from the other side of the registry so you can't even read it. I mean if the rewards program is offering discounts I'd like to get them. I'm sure 711 corporate reimburse them. Are you really making an extra $2 by not having to deal with the rebate by losing customers who feel they're being cheated? I have seen use points towards your purchase and today it says save $2.50 on my purchase but she cleared the screen before I could read it

I've lived in this area my whole life and this used to be a nice, casual 7-Eleven we went to all the time. I'm no longer going here because a male staff member harassed my nonverbal, autistic brother while I was paying for gas and a fountain drink. NEVER going here again, very disappointed.

Love the store and the hours. Great selection. Had an issue with reminding the cashier to give us a bag, floor was sticky in spots. Maybe re train the night shifts little better.

Love this place. Working graveyard shift its great having somewhere safe thats open whenever I need. The employees are also friendly and professional.
