I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, multiple days in advance. Delivery was not attempted until after 6pm, which resulted in the flowers being delivered the next day because my parents were out for dinner by that time. This is unacceptable customer service. The arrangement is nice, but that does not excuse the poor delivery execution. I could have placed an order with an online flower service, which would have guaranteed delivery in a timely manner. In my attempt to keep my money with a local business I managed to look like an inattentive son. Needless to say next time I will be ordering from a company that can manage to deliver on time.

Quaint little place on the Main street. Has a variety of offerings to tantalize your pocketbook when traveling. We were excited to find Kansas made items to purchase. Friendly people, good service. The place smelled really good!

The flower arrangement for my father's casket were the loveliest I've ever seen. We received many good comments on them. Even the funeral home staff was impressed. Thank you for the personal touches and delivery for us!
