The employees at Verizon did a good job. We did have to wait a little bit when we got in there, but they were so busy around the holidays. The employees knew how to handle situations and did a good job with Customer service.

Currently (still am) having issues connecting to our home WiFi and have called customer support and gone into the store for assistance. The store manager, Joe, was unable to provide any assistance and when I asked if I should call back later and speak to someone else he answered, “I guess so.” If anyone else has any suggestions experiencing the same issues, please let me know! Coming from customer service, if my supervisor heard me respond to a customer in this manner I would no longer be employed.

Been a customer before it was Verizon. I dislike their new plans and attempt to make your hone bill so high you cannot afford and then try to sell you home Internet. What a joke.

The staff lie about how much my monthly bill will be, and there is one staff member named Willie that totally ripped me off my money. DON'T LET HIM HELP YOU. the other staff are pretty nice. The signal and coverage are better than any phone carrier there is. Sometimes, there is a long waiting time before you finally get helped. It's a pain when you want to speak to someone from the store because the phone number they have on Google doesn't even go to the store. It starts out as a stupid automated system, and then you never get to talk to a person from the store. So if you want to actually speak to someone from this store you have to go there in person. It also sucks because almost every staff member has stupid apple products, so most of the staff don't hardly know anything about Android. They just say, "contact tech support" or "call samsung."If it weren't for the staff lying about how much I would have to pay, and if it weren't for the staff not having almost any knowledge about Android devices, and if it weren't for it being such a pain to actually talk to someone from the store, I would give this place 4 or 5 stars, but because their's those things that are such a pain, that's why I only give this place 3 stars.

I have been with Verizon since cell phones came out it was called something else then. I have always been happy with Verizon. About 5 years ago I got Cancer and living on a fixed income. My mom is on my plan also. Every year I would have to come in to have them change things so my plan price was a little lower. Well I had to sale my house and now we are renting and the bills are higher. So we came in one late afternoon to try to talk about maybe getting a pre payed plan but we also needed new phones. Well this older lady with short wavy blonde hair practically yelled at us said we couldn't make payments on a phone with a pre paid plan. I have never been treated like that with any Verizon employee. So we left went to T Mobile got a pre paid plan was able to make payments on our phones. Mad me sad though because I have never been with anyone else. I do hope the rude lady isn't working there anymore you may loose more people.

Just recently went in to see about upgrading, I had done some research online and had an idea of what I wanted. Once I got there though the employee, a young man with long hair, was immediately off-putting to me in his demeanor. He made no effort to actually help me find a phone, instead once I made it clear the phone I wanted wasn't an apple or the latest biggest Samsung he gave up and was completely useless. You could tell he really was not interested in helping me in any way and I left with no intention of going back.

Excellent customer service shout out to Cole he is every thing you want in a employee he was hilarious ,knowledgable,patient,gave us several options ,transfered all our data,contacts etc remained focused yet very attentive even though they were swamped even stoped what he was doing grab the door for us on the way out plus chatted with the kids while several families looked at phone options We were just all the way around impressed we will be bk and continue to be verizon customer à big part due to him and the lady Ginger who maintains and runs à great business You both Rock Thanks

Went there to buy a Samsung watch up on entering the store I was told in rude manner that I was parked in the wrong spot i told the young woman what I was there for and she acted like it was below her to show me a watch ,she also did not know very much about the watch other than it could tell time , I will not be back and to think they work on commission

If you're lucky enough to get Jonathan as your specialist you are in incredible hands. He was extremely helpful and loaded with knowledge and advice. We upgraded 3 phones, got my 75 year old dad his first smartphone, added a tablet and a smart watch and Jonathan made the process so easy! Would recommend this location and his service to anyone. Great job all around.
