This is the Verizon Store you sh go to and ask for Nicole. She is knowledgeable and interested in providing good service. Don’t go to other store on 9th. This where I’ve bn going for several years with very poor results!!!

Nickie at the Verizon on Crawford in Salina, KS went over and above the call of duty! She worked on my old phone (broken) all day long and setting up my new phone for me. While that enabled me and my best friend from out of town to go galavanting around town enjoying lunch and facials.Came back to pick up the phones and although my original phone wasn’t totally fixed she gave me a couple places to take it and said she was taking 10 days off work but would meet me in town after my old phone was fixed and she would take care of making sure all my data would be transferred from the old phone to the new phone…..on her days off. Now that’s Service with a Smile!Thanks Nickie and Verizon!!!!

Wonderful store but for a Sunday when people are out shopping I think they could and should have at least 2 people on staff .

Nicole was extremely helpful. Stopped by there at 5 minutes after closing and she opened the door and took care of what I needed. Side note, the 9th street Verizon store wouldn’t help me at all. Guy at the door said we’re closed and walked away.

Had another wonderful experience with Nicole helping us! I urge you to seek out and request Nicole when you’re looking for a new phone, tablet or other Verizon items because she is super easy to work with. We’re already repeat customers with Nicole because she sincerely cares and goes out of her way to take excellent care of her customers. In 20 plus years of being Verizon customers Nicole is the best person we’ve ever worked with.

I just wanted to talk to a person on the phone with a simple question. Impossible to reach a real person at this location. After long minutes of listening to robotic voices and being redirected, I just hung up. Terrible service. Terrible.
