Was told by their representatives that we'd pay around $100 a month for two lines and receive an ADA and autopay credit bringing the total down to around $50 a month. After 6 months of paying $240 a month, we cancelled our service and changed carriers.

Very bad Service every where you go. I travel a lot and this company got me stock on a contract, than later I fount out I was not in a contract I paid all bill in full and ported to T-Mobile. The guys in there don't even know what's why I have no service replaced sim card on all my devices and still wouldn't work. No signal in Utha, Wyoming, Colorado, Chicago, Fall River, Road Island, poor signal in Salina, No signal not even rome in Wichita, Kansas City MO, only on parts of Missouri I had signal, Pennsylvania, Amarillo Texas, Phoenix. Would keep going on but this should be enough to say their signal service is not the best. It's up to you if you want to give money away.

My phone was running slow & acting funky. Figured it needed replaced. BUT, when I described the issues, Jordan Blake knew exactly what the issue was. He fixed my phone, upgraded my plan (at no extra cost) & even helped me get photos downloaded onto a flash drive. So friendly & helpful. No pushing to sell a new phone. Best experience I've ever had at US Cellular. See Jordan if you need a new phone or help with your current one. ?????

This place is horrible. First of all they Never answer the phone… and you get the worst service. I go to places in town and have no service. Go to places out of town and no service. Go out of state no service. Do not recommend at all.

Our experience with US Cellular in Salina Ks was above and beyond exemplary. Everyone who worked there were kind and very helpful. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks guys for being the "best"!!!!

I went to buy a new iPhone, 10 minutes before closing time and the sales people were more concerned with getting me out of there and closing up the store instead of selling me a decent and good working phone. I bought the phone anyway, but I felt rushed and it turns out they sold me an iPhone that didn’t even work. When I got home I took it out of the box and the brand new phone wouldn’t turn on. Now my old phone is disabled and my new phone will not turn on at all so now I have nothing. Thanks for nothing worthless sales person. I recommend getting people that actually want to work and give decent customer service.

I spoke with Josh and transferred 2 phones to my own plan and he gave false imformation. He told me Id get the iPhone 13’s for free and alls I would have to pay is service and sales tax and after that i’d be paying $170 but my bill is $400

I was with T-Mobile before I came to U.S. Cellular, and the staff at U.S. Cellular helped me get a better phone and the signal and coverage is way better thanT-Mobile. The staff at U.S. Cellular helped me fix my Samsung account so I can use Bixby again! Thank you for being an awesome phone company and for your fantastic customer service.
