“All though they can't print off a return label for you. So I had to go to copy co to be printed. Then I was told fed ex has a drop off box across the street from copy co. And if I got there before 6pm they will pick it up . I got there to the drop box and a FedEx truck was there. He checked the box and pulled off at 5:52. I waved my package at him. Not sure if he even saw me. So my return delivery will be a day late. Humm”

“I called and was trying to track a lost package. The person I spoke with took down the tracking number and said that it looked to be delivered in my mailbox. I never received my package though. They took my phone number down and she said she was going to look into the issue and call me back. I'm really happy with the speed of service that I received and the professionalism.
