I just think it's a joke that you keep advertising for help but until it's a Chinese or an Asian person or someone that's out of this country you give anyone in the opportunity to to have a good steady job and that was great but now now you don't care about the community or don't give anyone the opportunity just get a job if they qualified however you keep putting up these stupid

At the moment 2 stars. 1 star for the friendly guards and shipping staff. And 1 star for being able to show up as early as you want to drop trailer. As of 7/30/23 still under construction and they do not allow parking. That might change when construction is done. Show up, drop trailer and go to wallmart or TS. They don't call when load is ready so make sure you ask for number at guard shack. Some trucks were loaded fast. My load was ready 20 hours late. Not a bad facility though. I was just an unlucky one.Hoping to come back when construction is done and maybe give a better star rating.

Had a truck for a load appointment at 1230 on 06/15 and has of 0800 on the 06/16 still not loaded Been given every excuse from still loading to can't find the product to their are now 8 trucks ahead of the driver. Still waiting for their next excuse. Bad part is the driver unhooks from the trailer.

Exit off 88 not 89 to get to Centennial, enter on Centennial. Exit 89 had a bridge with weight restrictions on the route! Quick check in at the guard shack, then send you through 2 stop lights, by the Airport to drop your trailer. Can park trailer anywhere in this huge open lot. Can overnight in this lot as well. Back to the plant, pick up a trailer and paperwork! Staff very nice and helpful!

Parking lot/building is under construction so you have to drop your trailer and bobtail to Walmart or truck stop. Had a 22:45 appointment time arrived at 20:30 received the phone call saying I was loaded at 2am make sure when you leave you take a right out of exit to avoid the low weight bridge take a right go to stop sign and turn left which will take you to the interstate

I had a delivery for them. I arrived about 16 hours early to Salina so I called them from the truck stop and they said I could just bring it by and drop it and take an empty. They were super nice at check in. They guy even took the load locks out of my loaded trailer for me. Everyone there was really friendly. I dropped my trailer and got an empty and headed out! On to the next one!

Check in at guard shake, give your pick up # and your DL.They will check your trailer, your tank must be 3/4 at least and your trailer must be clean. They will ask you to drop your trailer and drive out to Walmart which is 1.5 mile. You will be there waiting between 6 to 10hrs if not tonext day.Long story short if you picking up from there, either you cancel or wait that hours. No over night parking due to construction

I gave 5 stars because of its simplicity and extraordinary professionalism. Each employee was Courteous and Professional. Check in, drop trailer. You can go anywhere you desire or go to staging area. My trailer was loaded within a 2 hr window of my appointment. Receive a call, hook to trailer, scale out as much as you want, it's 3 complete 3 axle scale. Get Papwork, Seal it and Roll. Good job Schwan's.

With Love from Canada!Truck Entrance is on at “3150 CENTENNIAL ROAD, Salina KS 67401”Take exit 90 or 88 from I-135 to reach here. Exit 89 Schilling Road is a No go for Trucks, there is a low weigh limit on small bridge.Really long time to load and then they make you wait for long time to cross border, broker client don’t clear load on time. see photo to see how long it took to load. One of the lady at shack on Nov 10, 2022 at 7:15PM was rude on phone, was loud and yelling on phone, crazy, I guess didn’t get a good last night sleep.See photo attached for the phone number to track your trailer or load, I was not provided with this sheet at the shack but found it earlier on another review there.
