Went Monday(9/5/22 about noon) to use my free tire patch for being a member, to be told they can’t fix it because there was a huge chunk of metal in my tire but he did have my size in stock!… weird I saw a nail when I looked. So I went to peerless tire today 9/9/22 to finally either get it patched or buy a new tire. Turns out it was patchable because it was just a nail. Thanks Sams club Salina for wasting my time/money!

Lance is a stand up guy. The techs had issues programing my tire sensors. I went to long Mac and they determined sensor was faulty. I went back to Sam's and Lance fixed the issue had me in and out. As well to compensate me. He gave and installed new whiper blades onto my truck I needed. That was equal cost of my dealership diagnostics bill.

For Mother’s Day I purchased gift cards for Old Chicago. $75 dollars paid for $100 value. Received 4 gift cards. $25 each. My wife went and ate and the gift was decline. I took all four gift cards and receipt to Sams Club and spent at least 30 minutes to hear they do not know how to handle. I had to come back to see a manager name Bree. I made a second trip. 3 trips to Salina and back which equals to 4 hours of mine and a friend's time, 180 miles total, $60 in gas, and I finally have a deep freezer that isn't damaged and it works!!

Visited Salina, KS Sam's yesterday - 7/13/20. On 7/9 a Mask Mandate was enacted. Yet, when visiting Sam's Club, there were people with no masks on, or they had them on around their neck. I had a problem with my check out so had to have an associate help me. At that time, I stated, "isn't there a mask mandate"? She said, yes, but they can't make people wear them. I told her they could ask them to leave if they weren't going to comply. She said they can't do anything about it. The risk managment person - Zachary said, the same and the direction from corporate is not to make people wear them, even if the mandate is in place. From this I take it to mean, Sam's believes they are above the rules and can do what they want. Thanks for caring about your patrons Sams Club

during this time with covid virus, for my outside pickup, employee did not wear gloves or mask. he didn't observe social distancing either. I was shocked, asked the manager to call me. no call yet.

It's worth buying by bulk there but when we purchase the Led light which was on sale. the cover on the corner was broken but since we live in Junction. we prefer not to return it. But all in all. their service is good.

Staff was helpful, and friendly. Prices were reasonable, and return policy generous. I get all of my tires from here.
