Marshall was amazing! Offered to bring the car to me to test drive and I was just over an hour away. Also bank said I was good on loan but then decided to not finance whole amount, Marshall worked with me with the $800 I was short. No complaints at all!

We drove 4.5 hrs to look at this 2016 Expedition King Ranch. My husband called him twice to make sure it was in the good condition . Marshall keep insisting that is was a very good car. When we get there, it is a total rust bucket. He pretended he didn't know nothing about it. And he was upset that we didn't buy it. He should have been upfront about before we drove up there. I would not recommend buying there.

I had to replace the struts, springs, one of the springs was broken and the rack&pinion steering. You can not tell me they did not know about these things. They act nice until the sales is final, then later if you have troubles they don't know you. Cost me over $3,700.00 to fix everything. So be very careful if you do buy from this place. I would recommend DON'T!

Perhaps one of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I called and spoke to Marshall regarding a vehicle they had on the lot and went and test drove it the same day. One of the best things about this business and our interaction was that Marshall handled everything. From the original sale, to valuing my trade-in, to the paperwork. I didn’t have to go through 3 or 4 different people to get an offer I was more than happy with. Very relaxing environment and I felt that I was treated more than fair. I WILL do business with Marshall at Salina Used Cars again in the future!

It was a good experience working with Marshall. He didn't try to talk me into anything out of my price range and wasn't high pressure in any way. He went out of his way to deliver everything as agreed and was helpful showing me operational information even after our deal was finalized. It's only been a week since I picked up the car, but I'm happy so far.

Marshall is unprofessional, I walked in with a good attitude ready to do business and he was playing on his phone and had me waiting at least 10 minutes. He mentioned my “bad” review from 6 years ago and I figured it be different going in this last time and it was worse. YES MARSHAL I’m leaving another Bad review. You’re in business to sell cars not act like a child. To sit there and spill out your feelings about my “last review” is ridiculous. I hope you like a second one since you asked for it. People just buy else where. Also don’t give him a good review under pressure while in the process of buying a car from him. He’s real good at doing that.

The woman who met us in the lot was very friendly but when we went in and she introduced us to Marshall, he would barely look at or talk to us. Maybe the woman needs to be the salesperson? She was very nice. I could've bought a car from her.
