Dental Review: Extremely happy with care here, the duo who saw me today (and multiple other appointments), Dr. Omar Elkhabbaz and assistant Erika, are both very knowledgeable, do great work, and are a pleasure to talk to. They manage to make the dental experience, quite surprisingly, more enjoyable than uncomfortable. They are the best!Medical I feel the opposite as my wife had a severe medical complication from care here 3-4 years ago (luckily got things properly diagnosed and cared for elsewhere); I don't feel up to discussing at the moment publicly.I wish that the dental side had independent reviews from the medical side here.

The doctor I saw was very helpful and listened to my concerns and gave me peace of mind. I like the current new staff of doctors that are actually listening to the patients needs and doing something about it. In the passed I have had terrible experiences with sfhc and refused to go back but I got a new doctor since graduation came for mine and I'm truly pleased with what I've seen so far. Keep up the good work.

Allison is a very sweet and caring provider. She listens to what you talk to her about and helps find the root of the problem and a solution!All the gals are very sweet and caring also. I would highly recomend this place to anyone needing healthcare.

Dr. Nagley is outstanding. He listens to my 15 year old daughter's concerns and values her opinion as well as mine. Very thorough and genuine.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would never in my 10 years of not only be in the medical field myself have I been treated so poorly within seconds of walking in the door in regards to my check me process, I was not inform about the policy of confirming your appointment a day or two prior upon schedule which is not from the front desk staff but it was how they handle it. The lady at the front desk and I wish I caught her name was preparing her will look to be taco salad lunch right in front of me not making any eye contact. Running her month in a tone that I would never speak to a patient in. Too bad so sad type attitude. For me to ask her to professional make eye contact with a client while speaking and her mannerismsShowed her lack of compassion and understanding for patients alone. I just asked them to remove me from the books completely, and I will not be returning

So thankful for Salina family dental. Our Dentist and tech, were top tier! I can’t even explain how wonderful our experiences were, I’m beyond grateful! My young daughter was treated so lovingly and with care, and will now look forward to future visits! Thank you, Dr. Abbick!

I saw NP Kathryn NESBITT for about 7 months. I had an appointment with her 3 almost 4 months ago. She cancelled because her kid was sick (she works from home) and I told them for 3 months I needed to get in to talk to her because I needed an urgent medication filled before I moved out of state. They said the soonest I could get in was 3 almost 4 months. I called every day to see if there was a cancellation and she refused to see me before I moved. Then a week after I moved. I told her she cancelled my appointment because her kid was sick. And I wasn’t able to get my prescription filled before I moved. And she said it wasn’t her problem anymore since I moved, and hung up on me after I explained I needed one more fill on this medication until I am able to get insurance in another state and be able to see another doctor, because it’s dangerous to stop this medication cold Turkey.This is neglect, and I will be filling a formal report against her.Do not see her.She cancelled and then yelled at meAnd for her kid being sick.There’s no excuse for her treating people like this.If she can’t handle the job then she shouldn’t have taken it.

Doctor Shaban did a great job. I noticed the Doctor showed great interest, and was willing to listen to the patient (me). I would have given five stars, but after 25 years in the military there is always room for improvement.

I've had alot of experience with salina family and here's my honest opinion. dr hicks is great, most of the female doctors are. i wouldn't count of the male doctors, they tend to not take female issues very seriously. the nurses for the most part are great but i have had one nurse be very rude in the past. the front desk is possibly the worst part, they're very curt and dismissive and I've had to wait on hold many times and had them drop the call.my suggestion is to do your research and find a good doctor because there are some here worth seeing who care.

Dr. Peterson always takes time to really listen and discuss concerns. We leave feeling valued and heard each time. She remembers little details and makes us feel like family. Our community is so blessed to have her providing care.
