Called and spoke with Ken the manager who not only offered a new belt to replace it but instead loaded up a new mower and brought it out to us for an exchange.He went above and beyond for customer service and we greatly appreciate it!Thank you Ken.”

“I've had animals treated here, and the staff was informative and thorough. They were good with the furbabies and my anxious self. On another instance, they loaned us a carrier to make sure our little rescue made it home safe. The facility was clean and neat. Even the smell. Some places smell like a kennel. This doesn't. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Support this local animal shelter.”

“I AM NOT ABLE TO GO IN STORE, I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR. I USUALLY ORDER AND HAVE IT DELIVERED. DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT COULD NOT GO IN MY PETCO. I CALLED THE STORE AND ASKED IF THEY HAD THE ONE I NEEDED, ROYAL CANINE FOR ADULT YORKSHIRES, THEY CHECKED AND SAID THEY DID, ASKED IF I COULD GET DELIVERED, THEY SAID ONLY GOING THRU APP ON LINE. WHEN I SAID IT WAS NOT LETTING ME, THEY SAID THEY COULD BRING IT UP TO CASH REGISTER. I SAID THAT WOULD WORK, I SENT MY HELP TO STORE TO GET IT.”
