Tried to pay my bill at 7⁰²pm the day before it's due. It's Sunday, customer service is closed so I can't call in or make a payment. Tried to call my son 3 hours later and phone is off. Customer service is available to cut phone off but not available for payment. Prepay service has to be paid the day before to avoid cutoff at 12⁰¹am the day it's due. It's difficult to do that if you can't pay online or call in payment.. 24hour customer service is needed or access to make online payments to prepaid accounts.

I can't believe this place is still in business, I can assure you they do not care about customer problems with junk phone's they sell So Unless you got money to throw in the garbage, I'd shop around, Walmart has better service and takes care of any problems without wanting more money. Their mark up on phones is approximately 75.00 more than priced on internet,.. so shop around !!

We had a problem with the internet. I called and that assured me some one would be at our house by the next day. I agreed. About an hour after calling them they were aymr rhe door. I think de spent an hour or less and had it working. He had several thinkd he has to do ti getting the internet working right.

The associate was so nice. They have a racing rig setup to pass time too which is very fun. Had a great experience there.

I called the store in my own town but their store was busy so it transferred me to this store. I was “helped” by someone named Becky and I’m on the verge of switching phone companies because of how difficult and rude she was. No customer service skills here what so ever, you’d be better off going somewhere else for your technological issues.

Yikes! Spoke to a Becky here on the phone. Instead of answering simple questions i had, she acted as though it was an inconvenience to her, and proceeded to argue with me about my phone plan. Customer service is not this company’s strong suit!! -2/10

So far good service at reasonable price.
