We were driving cross country and it started to rain and all of a sudden our windshield wipers stopped working we were 20 minutes from Wichita so we called that dealership. They were exceedingly rude and we never received the call back from a manager. We called Subaru and they connected us to Money Subaru. On July 3 at 3, they said come on by and they would see what they could do. We arrived at 4:10 after 70 miles on the interstate in the rain with no wipers! They immediately diagnosed the problem and began to fix it. 30 minutes later (after our dogs thoroughly enjoyed their treat jar!), we were on our way for a very reasonable charge of $82!!! Their shop couldn’t diagnose a noisy wheel bearing and charged me multiple time for services not performed. Big things, like fixing an air conditioner and replacing brake pads. I wouldn’t take a vehicle there if they worked for free. And the customer service was the punchline to their joke of a shop.

Even though we haven’t dotted all the I’s or crossed all the T’s, and our purchase is nowhere near final, our experience with Michael Money at Money Subaru in Salina, Kansas, has been nothing short of extraordinary. For the past month, Michael has made a valiant effort daily to provide us with everything we’ve asked for in a vehicle. His relentless commitment and remarkable attention to detail have truly set him apart.

I highly recommend Money Subaru for it's honesty, reliability and prompt customer service.
During a recent cross-country trip, my left front wheel well cover came off and shattered into pieces. The loss of the cover exposed numerous fluid lines, reservoirs, and engine components that had been previously concealed (protected) by the shroud. Having spent the night in Salina, KS, I contacted Money Subaru the next morning, and to my surpise, they actually had the part in stock. I was quoted a price and repair time, went to the dealership and was on my way in no time. The car was repaired on schedule and at the estimated price, with no hidden charges.
I can't say enough positive things about David, the service manage, and Greg, who repaired the car. They were caring, professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. David provided outstanding customer service, and Greg possesed excellent repair skilks and detailed vehicle knowledge.
Thanks to the Money Subaru service team, I was able to complete my trip worry-free and with confidence that the repair had been done correctly.

They are quick to call you and get information but don’t call back to even let you know if you are approved or not even if a person isn’t approved they deserve the courtesy call to let you know

Wasn't impressed really.. I was referred to use them to purchase my Subaru because I was told they were solid and they cared about the people not the sales. When I bought my car I was given the run around multiple times about when I could get my car because it had to have a computer chip replacement before it could start and stay running without a jumpstart.. their answer was always I don't know but you could drive it and just jump start it every time you need to drive it...
They never had etas on when parts would come in BUT assured me my car would be ready soon! So I said okay yeah, fine, can you at least change all the fluids at least and detail the car while you have it then. They said yes. Cool
When I finally got to pick up my car 3 months later.. I was told it was ready and in tip top shape sorry it took so long.. blah blah. Okay, I get in, Right away. Noticed the car hadn't been detailed, but the service tech swore it was!
And then when he was going over the maintenance settings told me in a couple Weeks I would need my oil changed, And is my transmission flushed? Even though I had asked all fluids be changed when it was in their possession. (Sure enough a month goes by, the car is saying I need to change oil and it needed serviced for a transmission flush.)I figured with as long as they had my car they could at least do something with it. Seems like they really only washed my car, I give them 2 stars because I do love my car but the experience and way things were run have definitely run me away. I doubt I'll service there if I have any issues. My mechanic is amazing, and a Subaru master tech.

My son recently had his oil change at the Salina Subaru dealership. You would think yes, this would be the best place to have any work done on your Subaru. NO. A simple oil change, they left the cap off of the oil fill reservoir. It has cost him over two hundred dollars to replace sensors that were ruined from oil splashing all over the engine. They have not been willing to pay for the damage. Very disappointing!

Got my car a month ago and absolutely love it. Arthur asked me questions and showed me some cars based on my interests and that he thought fit my needs. I ended up with a car I wouldn’t of originally picked but ended up being the perfect car for me! The car has gone beyond my expectations and so did Arthur’s customer service! Thank you so much in your help with such an important purchase! Definitely recommend Arthur at money for anyone looking for the PERFECT car.

Where do I start???
So I reached out to Michael after I had a deal setup with a different dealer. The other dealer forgot to let me know that if you aren’t in the store they charge you $280 to sign docs plus their doc fee (no joke). I remembered seeing Michael on a VB WRX forum so I reached out to him via Facebook to see if he was able to help out and possibly match the deal etc. It took all of 10 mins (maybe less) for him to get back with me. He not only matched the deal but also gave me 4 different color options ? that would be the same Money (see what I did there?)?
They gave me more for my trade and they were able to give a quick appraisal and all I had to do was be honest about the 2 rock chips it had, sent a few pics and poof it was done! After I picked the color we moved forward to the paperwork and that’s where Clayton helped out because Michael was helping out in another dept that next day so he wasn’t in the store. He confirmed all of my info and grabbed the deposit to get the car for me. It was at another Subi dealer.
Next Jeb reached out to see exactly what I wanted to accomplish with the payment options. Subi was doing 1.9% for 72 so that was definitely the way to go! He then offered me products to finalize the vehicle purchase process and made it so that I had complete peace of mind ownership! He sent all the forms via Remote signing and it took all of 45 secs to sign. Didn’t charge a penny for the remote signing either. Weird right?
The next part was the part that took the service from Great to Absolutely Outstanding!!! Michael had offered to meet halfway because I live roughly 5 hours away from the dealership. We met halfway and he even helped me setup my son to surprise him because the vehicle is for him. Michael played it off like a pro and my some was taken back and in awe with it all! I told him we were picking up paint matched flares for his silver WRX but little did he know he was actually getting a brand new WRX.
Amazing job to all parties involved and I can’t thank you all enough!!!

A big shout out to Jake and Jed. Money Subaru was going to be my last phone call to a dealership after being harassed by other dealerships into making a decision I did not request nor want. When I called Jake answered the phone and I came at him very aggressively thinking that this was going to be another failed attempt to get me in the vehicle I wanted on my terms. After explaining my situation and what used vehicle I wanted, Jake called back and met me on all my terms. They went above and beyond to help me and made this big purchase the most amazing experience I have ever had at any dealership. I would recommend Money Subaru 100%. Thank you again for my beautiful Nissan Rouge. :)

My son purchased a Tesla from Money Subaru in September. Since then, he’s had nothing but issues with his Tesla (battery, body alignment, window tint issues). Money Subaru promised to take care of the issues. My son turned in his Tesla to resolve the body alignment and two window tint issues. Money Subaru kept his vehicle for Three weeks and only conducted a tire rotation and one window tint fix. Money Subaru did not address his issues once again. This is the third time my Son has turned in an attempt to resolve the outstanding issues. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from Money Subaru.

My wife and I went to test drive a 2022 Subaru Outback on January 13th, 2024. We had put a deposit down with them to hold the vehicle for us over the phone. We were that serious about buying this vehicle. After the test drive, we sat down to talk about the price of the vehicle. I made an offer on the vehicle, knowing from my experience that I would be given a counter offer by the sales manager Clayton. Instead, we were told by our salesperson Bobby after he spoke with Clayton that no amount of money would be taken off the price of the vehicle because of how much they had invested in it. They would instead replace the worn-out wiper blades as a counter offer. I've been buying and selling automobiles longer than the sales person, and the sales manager has been alive. Don't insult my intelligence and life experiences by your counter offer of not even coming down a $1.00 off the cost of the Subaru Outback that we were going to purchase. We've actually purchased a new Subaru Forester from Money in 2019 and were treated completely differently. Congratulations, sales staff. You lost a sale and a good customer!
