Outstanding service. While driving across the country, I noticed that my Maxima was making some rattling noises, and responding to steering unusually. Seeing that this was the last dealer I’d encounter for many hours, I pulled in and asked them to check it out. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they got to work right away. A quick drive around the parking lot was enough for the technician to diagnose a few possible problems, and he put it up on a lift immediately. After checking for mechanical issues and finding nothing significant, he looked at the fluids and discovered that the power steering fluid had been overfilled. The 102° temperature outside only made it worse. So he drained it down to the correct level, test drove it again, confirmed that the noise was gone. Everything was completed in about half an hour, and the total cost was $0. Four days later, it’s still running perfectly. I’m impressed by their expertise and honesty, even to a customer they knew they’d probably never see again.

Bought a vehicle from them, and they give you one free oil change... not to seem needy but when you spend that much money on a vehicle it would be nice if they would at least top off your fluids or clean your windshield or something when they change the oil ... I've gotten much better service getting my oil changed at Walmart. Marshall will never see my face or money again.
