Took two planes to get there and drove 1,500 miles back home with my new vehicle. That should say it all !. I have about 15 ford dealerships in a 30 mile radius of me but had to go that far to find one. Thank you Long McArthur ford for everything.

We keep coming back here because of the great salespeople, the great service, and the great repair shop for oil changes and service. We drive 4 hours to get here and it’s definitely worth it! Best car dealer around!

Good experience ordering a 2024 F-150 Tremor. Great communication throughout the process from ordering to delivery. Pricing was better than most other dealerships, I was keep informed over the 5 month period it was from order to delivery, and my salesman Mike Mull was the best.

I found the Ford F-150 I needed. My concern....it was 435 miles from home, in Salina, Kansas at Long McArthur Ford. Long story short, this may have been the best auto purchases I've made. And this was my 14th purchase of a Ford vehicle.
Adam Rumsey in Sales was outstanding! He came through on every promise made, responded to numerous calls, texts and emails during the process. Far more than normal, due to the distance, and it being an out of state sale. It didn't matter what the question or concern was, it was addressed immediately. Folks said to me, "That's a long way to travel to buy a truck" my response, "It was totally worth it"

Avoid salesman Marcus Williams at all costs!
I cannot speak on the behalf of the other salesmen at Long McArthur, but I have had an extremely poor experience with Mr. Williams.
In September 2022 I placed an order for a 2023 ford maverick, I was assigned Mr Williams as my salesman. Communication was poor from the beginning of our interaction, he would not respond to emails and I would need to call in order to get in contact, often times not responding to my voicemails and requiring me to make multiple phone calls until I was able to reach him.
In July 2023, I was contacted by Mr. Williams that I would need to roll my 2023 order over to model year 2024. Not an issue, I signed the paperwork making sure to verify my options and paint was still the same. Again, poor communication from the time I signed the paperwork to the time I received an email from ford that my maverick was scheduled to be built.
August 2023, I received an email from ford that my maverick was scheduled to be built. I looked at the order, it was scheduled to be built in the wrong color. I emailed Mr. Williams regarding the incorrect color, made multiple phone calls, and finally a whole week later was able to get in contact with him just to be told that since it was already scheduled to be built, there was nothing he could do.
Mr. Williams notified me that there was a cancelled order that had not been scheduled to be built yet, and we could change the options on that order to reflect my options. Great! I verified the options with him, and requested the build sheet be sent over by email. Nearly a year after that email in August 2024, I still have not heard anything from him regarding my maverick order. I assume it was built and put on the Long McArthur lot to be sold.
This review is just a word of caution regarding one particular saleman. I've read other reviews of Long McArthur, and other people have had great experiences. If you want to order a maverick from Long McArther, maybe pick a different salesman.

Excellent experience at Long MacArthur Quick Lane Service. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They do excellent work and keep you informed of your vehicle’s progress.

Great dealer! No crazy pressure to buy. They let me look around without being hounded. Great inventory on popular vehicles. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, and I received all credits and rebates without arguing. This is my second vehicle from them and I will be back again when the time comes to get another.

Our 2014 F-150 broke down as we were traveling through Kansas to Texas to visit family. It put us in quite a bind. Long-McAuthur did everything in their power to get us back on the road. I couldn't be more pleased with the folks at Long-McAuthur Ford.
