Don't like this place! The store itself is good and well stocked but OMG look out for the staff at the Customer service! What a rude woman! After I checked out and paid, I noticed that they didn't honor none of my coupons so I went to customer service to get it straightened out. Instead of trying to figure out what went wrong, all she did was argue with me over it and stating it was my fault and I didn't have them loaded, which I did and showed her, Then after proving my point, she then was telling me how I already used them and couldn't reuse it but the coupon clearly stated how it was able to be reused. Never did get all my money back, but she finally ended up giving me about half. I guess I was too much of a P I A since I was interrupting her reading her magazine. What a B!!!

Wonderful store, customer service is mediocre. Why does the customer service center close so early when the store still has a couple of hours until it's closed. Also why couldn't they just direct us to someone who could've help, wouldn't have taken long. When we did get help, the lady was wonderful so that's a plus.

Man, this place is hoppin! They handled the busy holiday weekend fairly well. There were lines, but the lines were movin’!
Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and happy with their shopping experience. No one seemed that grumpy, even though they were all bumping into each other. I’m sure, at times, the patrons get pretty curt, but I saw a manager restocking an end cap Sunday. All hands were on deck!

Service was terrible. Waited in line to check out 15 minutes. Then customers have to tell us it was cash or check only. Only one checker.
