We have had our tires rotated 2 times each time we had to call because of a missing lug nut or a locking lug nut. They claim that so.eone must of took the off. They don't take no responsibility for their mistakes.

These guys were very helpful. We had flat on our way to Colorado and our spare was very old so they squeezed us in and got us two new tires put on so we could continue our trip. Would definitely use them the next time I’m in Salina

I was told about a few things that were wrong with my tires and brakes that were not told to me by the company I got my car from. Thank goodness I found out. Could be a bad thing.

Got estimate for $45 since my auto needs some parts replacements before an alignment, and if I go back within 30 days they will credit $45 toward my service.

Their work is fine but you can’t really trust anything they quote you. They’ll try to convince you that every tire is an emergency. And I’m talking tires with well over 1/8 of tread left in the worst spots. Also quoted me for upper & lower ball joints that nobody else can find anything wrong with. They quoted a little over $3,000 for work that after getting 2nd opinions and cutting out the unnecessary stuff cost me about $1,200. And I live 2 blocks away. Truck is still driving fine months later. I’d be scared to know what they’re trying to get away with from out of towners.

I had to call because my son was stuck in college coming home. They were able to find us tires. they just had to wait an additional 4 hours but understood why. Big-time help and easy transition 5 stars for helping us in need.

I am a full time RVer and have used many tire shops and Ford dealers for service while on the road. I called Kansasland and made an appointment for the same day. Tire rotation and oil change. Thanks! That is as far as my thanks go! When I arrived I was told the cost of rotating tires is 13.95 per tire. Kansasland had me over the barrel since I depart the area the next day. I have never, at any Ford Dealership or independent tire shop across this country, paid what this company charge me for tire rotation and oil change......$150.00 The most recent same service I had preformed was half of that amount. My only hope is that most of that money went to the guy who actually made the money for the company. Never use this company, period!
