We live in the country in Wabuansee county. Initially we thought our only option was satellite Internet. Until our neighbor told us about Kansas broadband. They have been an absolute game changer. Our Internet is fast. Our service is reliable, and the customer service is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough for somebody living in the country.

This is Jerry Humbert, I live just outside Manhattan / 1/2 mile from the Mall, I've had KBI for many years now and since my house has no cable tv (its across the road but they want me to pay $5,000 to get it over to me/about 500 feet) so we can't get DSL or phone lines so we can't get anything except wireless internet. The first time we had KBI it would go down almost every night at 9:00 on the dot with their old equipment so after my 2 year contract was up I canceled and set up my own wifi connection with a friend in Manhattan using a point to point line of sight connection to his home in town, it worked great until he decided to move and then I had to scramble again to find internet, well I called KBI back and they have new equipment that works better than the old technology and now we are back up and running, sure we have problems once in a while and as I had to deal with keeping my own Point to Point up and running I think they do the best they can with what they have and I am glad to have it weather it is working or not. I feel some internet is better than no internet at all. Thank you KBI for your amazing efforts in the wifi internet supplier business. Great Company and Great Prices for what you are getting!!! Just think, if it wasn't for KBI, you could be like me, No access to internet at all at your home!

Constantly calling because internet is not working. Sometimes it is a weekly call. Can only access customer service 9a-5p when most people are already working. But they call during those hours to ask if you’re home to reset your radio…. No I’m working, and no my router is not burnt up every time I call

The technical support team was amazing. They took their time to explain to me what the issue was (cause I am not tech savvy) and were able to get the problem resolved. Thank you. My experience with KBI has been nothing but excellent.

Called in that our internet was not working they sent Justin out the next day and he had us fixed up in no time. He is a very personable young man and very respectful. I highly recommend Kansas Broadband and we had Cox internet for years and the internet is much better on Kansas Broadband than it ever was with Cox. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I waited a month for installation. I only live 30 minutes from Salina and the first time they came out to install my internet, they didn't call me prior (like they told me they would). When the installation guy showed up, he called me and said it was too windy (obviously it was windy where they are based out of as well ). I rescheduled for the next week. It snowed and I called their office to see if they were still coming. Carrie told me \"they had to come out and access the situation.\" When the guy showed up, he said there is snow on the roof, I can't get on the roof. I asked him if it snowed in Salina. He said Yes, just as much as at my location. I told him this is why I called the office prior. They knew there would be snow and chose to waste my time and having to take off work AGAIN. If you are looking for professionalism and good customer service, this company is far from a valuable option.

Download speeds are horrible, if I could get a faster service I would. Tech guys are good they work all weekend. If you call on the weekend, leave a message they call back and do whatever they can to fix the problem. I'd be happier with the service if could get 25 mbs, thrilled if I could get 50 mbs.

We live east of Manhattan and before getting Kansas Broadband, we paid Verizon a LOT of money for service that throttled back after 15 GB of use, even though it was their "unlimited" plan.
