The technical support team was amazing. They took their time to explain to me what the issue was (cause I am not tech savvy) and were able to get the problem resolved. Thank you. My experience with KBI has been nothing but excellent.

I’ve had it for 2 years I’m satisfied, it’s wireless so there’s a few problems every now and then but I’m happy with it !
