This place is trying to charge us 50 for gas, because they are saying we did not fill the car to half a tank! When I exited the car it had half tank, 148 miles to empty. A joke, place smelled of smoke and unprofessional people working there.

No after hours drop, and lack of after hours drop was not disclosed at time of rental. Only open 8-5 M-F. Rented one way from KC for business and have to make a special trip back to Salina just to drop off the keys after the New Year.So much for a full-service, traveler-focused business.

I rented a vehicle for Thursday and Friday, September 21st and 22nd.. There was a bit of a scare about availability, but Thomas was able to get me one in time for my trip, by calling around to other areas.. During my time, there were a couple of issues with the vehicle, so I mentioned them upon return, and he discounted my rental!!.. Or he felt sorry that my concert got canceled. I'm not sure! ?? but either way..Enterprise is my only experience with car rentals, and because of Thomas and his customer care, I won't need to go elsewhere.Thank you!!

They always have the car ready when I arrive. Staff was friendly and the rental place was easy to get too. Nice clean cars. I definitely will use them again, they have a no hassle system that makes it non stressful.

I've rented from them before, but it's been awhile. So I was taken back by the $300 deposit required, as I was on a shoestring budget already for my vacation. Well we made it back (barely/financially) and the deposit was quickly refunded so I could pay a few bills. I would rent from them again, and I do recommend using them.

Friendly staff. Didn't know about $100 insurance until I went to pick it up and had to go put that in the bank. I did have it on me and my bank was conveniently on the block, as I live 35 miles away. The car was nice and clean. I will use them again.

We still have the car, but this is the second time we've rented from there. We came back because they really do come pick you up or drop you off! Nice guys, but the language overhead in the office could be offensive to some....

I enjoyed my experience with Enterprise! Just got back from a trip. The car we rented was awesome and dependable. Had neat features we weren't used to but want in future cars! The staff was friendly and did their best to make people happy. The options for vehicles are many. I would recommend the extra insurance they offer. Worth it for the peace of mind. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.Thank you Enterprise! I will be renting from you for my future needs! You were worth every penny!

The truck we rented was nice. It was a fast and easy process altogether. The only thing that sucked was i was .8 off on a gallon of gas, I don't even know how they knew. They should probably show someone how to get it to the exact gallon next time. Will definitely use again though.

in a bind, week of christmas, broken down in Salina, one car for rent left. Zach/Zack helped us out immensely, including a shuttle back and forth. would recommend!

Very pleasant transaction, from the time of reservation to returning the vehicle. I love to rent my cars here. Paying for their added coverage on the vehicle makes for a relaxed rental time. Because if some thoughtless person slams their car door into yours, you've nothing to worry about because it's covered (along with the down time while getting it repaired.)They also gave me a 20% discount which really helps the pocketbook. Thanks Enterprise!
